I started as a free user and as such the platform was a great asset, but as the community grew we had to make an upgrade and it has been for the best.

Pros

The platform is incredibly easy, in just a few steps I was up and running and sending communications to the community.

Cons

So far I have been able to navigate the platform without issues.

I was searching for an easy-to-set-up, easy-to-use CRM solution, and that's Brevo. If you're just starting your CRM routine, that's the software to go.

Pros

Easy to manage and configure. Support is fast and assertive. Also, good value for money, so I guess it's a good combo.

Cons

The SMS confirming my phone number never arrived, so I had to use the chat to resolve a problem that could have been easier to resolve.

So far so good. I have had quite simple newsletter needs and the free plan has been a gamechanger. Now my company will start targeting broader groups and we may need to upgrade our program.

Pros

I particularly enjoy the ease of handling/use, great user experience, ability to customize email templates, detailed analytics.

Cons

I have noticed some issues with deliverability in new contacts which I have verified with at least one person who started using Brevo. Emails to new contacts tend to get to the spam folder. Not sure if this is Brevo-related.

So far everything has been great, my customer service representative made everything worth it. I can’t wait to start utilizing the full benefits.

Pros

The customer service experience I received was top tier. \[sensitive content hidden\] went above and beyond to make sure every error was resolved effortlessly in a timely manner.

Cons

The SMS failures received when setting up my account was a headache. The form required many revisions before the finial approval when made the start time for my campaign delayed.

I've been happy to use Brevo, of all the email tools I've used this one has been the easiest to use and the most versatile at the lowest, free level. I'm staying with Brevo!

Pros

The three main things I like about Brevo are, first the contact data is easier to manage than it is with other email tools, secondly, the email construction is also easier. Finally the email testing functionality is more straightforward.

Cons

There's not much I don't like about Brevo, other email tools would drive me crazy with the clunkiness of their contact data management and making data imports hard but that isn't an issue with Brevo.

My overall experience is positive. I don't have any complaints related to Brevo.

Pros

I like it's accessible for entrepreneurs like me, to start validating their ICP. Besides that, I think it's easy to use SMTP to send emails on my platform as well. The reports are awesome.

Cons

I think you can improve the email campaigns, and I will tell you how. What's the problem: I tried to change the text of a campaign I have already sent. The only possibility is to create a copy. So the thing is: it's costly to create a new campaign and test a different text on newly added emails. Maybe I just haven't learned it yet, but a filter option would solve this, for related campaigns, or the option to edit the campaign ( but I think maybe the intention is to keep the old campaigns, so you can compare, like an A/B test )

Great for designing and sending emails but please could you make the contacts database more intuitive.

Pros

Free plan Easy to use - or at least much easier than others! Lots of designs and sizing images and text feels easier than other software I've used.

Cons

I don't find the Contacts database intuitive or easy to use. I seem to have loads of lists and I don't really understand why. A simple option to send to all contacts would be great for occasional users.

Pros

Brevo offers an easy to use platform with extremely reasonable prices. Furthermore, it has great customer service.

Cons

I have no complains with the service that I am receiving from Brevo. Everything is on point. Keep up the good work.

Brevo surprised me — in the best way. I came in looking for a reliable free platform. What I found was a space where I could build, express, and grow with confidence. As a coach and entrepreneur, I choose tools that align with the energy of my business — and Brevo does just that. Efficient, warm, and intentional.

Pros

What impressed me the most was how intuitive and elegant the platform feels. Every step — from setting up my domain, to crafting emails, to support interactions — is designed with care. I especially loved how quickly and kindly the support team helped me resolve my DNS issue. It made me feel respected, seen and supported — something rare in today’s platforms. Brevo gives you solid tech and a human heart.

Cons

Some integrations could be explained a bit more clearly for non-tech users (especially when it comes to DNS records or SPF setup). But even then, the support team was right there to guide me through it with clarity and kindness.

I have used almost all the popular ESPs but my top preference is Brevo due to ease of use and reliability. I needed support twice, and my issues were resolved faster than expected which I appreciate highly.

Pros

The ease of adding and verifying new domains to the system to get it SPF/DMARC/DKIM ready, and then using the API to enable transactional email on my WordPress sites. This can be achieved within 10 minutes without any hiccups.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of, however my usage is limited to transactional emails only with which I have no complaints.

I am new to email marketing. Brevo is an inviting company with easy access to a real help desk. I raised a help ticket about a query and received a fast friendly reply.

Pros

An intuitive product, easy to setup with a good interface. Users can start small but have the confidence that the product will scale.

Cons

I am yet to find something that I do not like. If is was forced to find an area to improve, it would be easy access to better metrics.

Above all, this tool has made the creation and management of our newsletter campaigns much easier. No time wasted and it is more accurate.

Pros

Brevo simply delivers. Whether it's about launching a newsletter campaign or managing complex automations. The user interface is so intuitive that even the newest of users can find their way around immediately. When it comes to automation, Brevo really won me over.

Cons

As much as I appreciate Brevo, there are a few things that need improvement. The learning curve for some of the more advanced features should not be underestimated. It would be great if you were given a little more guidance with more complex tasks.

Easy to learn and works well. We use to send out a global newsletter to over 20000 members. Bravo allows us to merge our mailing lists and prepare the newsletter via the platform.

Pros

Easy to send out to groups and merge lists together. The ability to also prepare the content of the mail in Brevo using the templates and design tools.

Cons

Price factor and limitations to number of messages that can be sent out in a month. It would be interesting if there were options for non profit organizations that were more flexible.

J'ai utilisé Brevo comme logiciel de notification, mailing et autres communications avec les utilisateurs de notre plateforme. Je réutiliserais la plateforme si je devais refaire une application avec ces besoins.

Pros

Facile à utiliser : trouver les messages en échec, trouver ooù sont rangés les templates, rédiger des templates, toutes ces actions ne font intuitivement. API est facile à intégrer et elle est fiable et stable. Aucun soucis en 1 an d'utilisation.

Cons

L'interface n'est pas très enthousiasmante. L'interface peut changer selon les fonctionnalités. Documentation avec l'ancien nom de l'entreprise sur certaines fonctionnalités.

i like the simple design of the dashboard and how easy to navigate it is. everything you need is efficiently arranged and easily accessible. I also like the quick response of the customer support team.

the bulk email limit for the free plan is too small, 300 emails per day is not enough.

Pros

The newsletter editor, and the UI in general is clean and functional. If there are implemented features, they are usually comprehensive.

Cons

I'm not exactly sure if Brevo follows the needs of us, its users, when introducing new features. There are more e-mail oriented features that would be welcome. For example, darkmode e-mail client management.

Pros

The editor is easy to use and looks great. I can quickly use templates to put together emails. Pricing is reasonable.

Cons

It has been difficult to use a custom domain with Brevo, it seemed to have deliverability issues. Also the way lists are organized is a bit odd.

Brevo offers a wide range of marketing tools, including email and SMS marketing, live chat, CRM, and automation. While in my experience it has good deliverability, I find its customization options are limited when compared to other platforms I've used that are popular. Probably the biggest drawback is that its pricing is steep for larger lists. Also, occasional technical issues can also be frustrating. However, for many businesses, Brevo provides a solid, all-in-one marketing solution. So if that is what you have experience with, then just stick with it.

Pros

Generally has good email deliverability rates. Wide range of features: email marketing, SMS marketing, live chat, CRM, and marketing automation.

Cons

Customization options are limited if you've ever used other popular services then you might be disappointed. There were occasional technical issues that are annoying to have to deal with and try to get customer service help on. And most of all it can get expensive when you scale your list.

Had a small headache with emails getting rejected, but Brevo’s support saved the day. Their team is there to help. Worth it for the peace of mind.

Pros

The support agent, \[sensitive content hidden\], was awesome. Quick to respond, patient, and actually solved my outlook.com rejection problem by guiding me through the DMARC fix. Felt like they genuinely cared.

Cons

Better to have a docs page for this kind of issue. Would’ve saved time if it was spelled out upfront.
