J'utilise Brevo principalement pour l'envoi d'e-mails transactionnels et marketing, et récemment pour les SMS. Mon expérience est très positive. La plateforme est fiable, les API sont simples à utiliser et bien documentées, et les performances sont au rendez-vous. J'ai récemment migré un système d'envoi de SMS depuis un autre fournisseur vers Brevo. Malgré un blocage initial lié à l'activation du service SMS, le support a répondu rapidement, a identifié le problème et l'a résolu efficacement. We deploy Brevo across numerous client websites, and it has been an absolute game-changer. We initially brought clients on for its powerful transactional capabilities, but almost all of them have transitioned their newsletter marketing and automation sequences to Brevo as well. It is an incredibly robust, cost-effective, and dependable multi-channel platform that I highly recommend to any business or agency looking to scale without getting hit by massive contact-based price hikes.

Pros

What I love most about Brevo is its volume-based pricing structure and its flawless transactional email reliability. Unlike platforms like Mailchimp that bill you based on total contacts (and double-charge you for contacts on multiple lists), Brevo bills based on what you actually send. This saves my clients a massive amount of money as their lists grow. Furthermore, having marketing campaigns, transactional emails, SMS, and automation all living under one roof makes managing multiple client sites incredibly seamless.

Cons

The email template library and drag-and-drop editor can feel a bit rigid and clinical compared to some of the more design-focused competitors. While it is completely capable and reliable, it lacks some of the visual polish and ultra-smooth UI found elsewhere.

### "It has everything I was looking for at a great price"

Overall I'm really happy with the switch, I was using another platform that was very simple, which I liked but as my contact list was growing they were charging more and I wasn't monetizing on larger contact list so it was not worth to continue using it. I was able to recreate my templates and my automations in one day for the transition so it was not as painful as I thought it would be.

Pros

I really like the fact that you can have a lot of contacts and it won't cost more. Their automation is very robust, I was impressed with everything you can do with automations, it has all kind of triggers and the free plan doesn't seem to have a limit of the amount of steps you can use. I'm also using the chat widget, this was a really nice feature I didn't know they had when I was looking for email marketing platforms. I have reached out to support few times, their AI support is the best I've seen, you get email replies instantly and it was actually accurate, so I was very impressed as I don't usually get good experience with other AI bots. Customer support is also good and they respond fast.

Cons

Because they have a lot of features, the dashboard is also more complex and it takes a bit of learning curve. The dashboard is not as simple as other marketing platforms. The reports in the free plan are not good though, they are limited and difficult to navigate. One thing I didn't like is the templates are not as good as what I was used to use, the code behind is not great and it causes issues with buttons and mobile layouts.

Overall, the platform has been a gem. I've wanted to be an ALL Rust programmer, and Brevo has helped me keep that pledge for my entire backend. The API and debugging with logs helped alleviate headaches and wasted time that I've encountered with many other platforms.

Pros

As a "Rust First" developer, I have found the documentation and ease of integration with my complex Rust E-Comm system second to none! The support has been next level and I have high praise for the API, the reasonable cost to utilize for small customers and everything has been so smooth; I couldn't have asked for a more complementary platform to recommend to all my customers.

Cons

Can't think of any, right now. I haven't utilized campaigns or automation yet, but I plan to implement in the next month or so.

Pros

I switched to Brevo for both transactional and campaign emails about two years ago. I'm glad I did. The platform is excellent, paired with genuinely helpful customer service. I recently contacted Brevo support about a transactional email delivery issue that was not straightforward to diagnose. Before raising the ticket, I had already used Brevo’s portal to inspect the delivery logs, which were detailed and easy to follow. The support response was excellent. Brevo replied within a couple of hours, investigated the specific recipient mail routing at the time of delivery and explained exactly where the rejection came from. The level of detail went well beyond a generic support response or a link to a help article. The combination of traceable transactional email logs and support that was willing to properly investigate the case gives me a lot of confidence in the platform. Deliverability issues can be messy, but this experience made me feel that Brevo has our back when something does not behave as expected.

Cons

I do not have any major cons to raise. Overall, I am a happy customer and appreciate Brevo's dependability and excellent customer service.

I really like Brevo because it's easy to create templates and integrations, and it also allows you to view logs in real time.

Pros

User-friendly interface, easy integrations, and fast support in Portuguese. We use it for sending emails from our system, and it greatly simplifies the creation of templates.

Cons

I had billing issues four times and had to create a PayPal account to resolve them. I would provide my card details, and within minutes the platform would cancel the transaction, but the charge would still be processed on my credit card.

Une solution d'emailing en drag & drop très fonctionnelle qui permet d'envoyer des emails à de larges bases de données et de suivre derrière les résultats. On peut également programmer nos emails très facilement ! Une solution très utile pour les équipes marketing qui n'ont pas beaucoup de budget et qui souhaite communiquer facilement par mail avec leurs clients. Le plus c'est également la disponibilité du service client qui répond très souvent rapidement lorsque l'on a des questions !

Cons

Le drag and drop peut quelque fois limiter notre créativité et sur certaines boites mail (outlook) le résultat n'est pas le même que le design travaillé ce qui peut être assez frustrant et chronophage. La connection des API et des domaines peut être très galère quand on s'y connait pas et les FAQ sont très succinctes. Heureusement qu'il y a le service client

Gostei que no mesmo tempo que eu consigo fazer o marketing da minha empresa através de email marketing, eu ja tenho a opção de poder colocar o crm da empresa e ainda colocar tarefas sobre. No email enviado consigo saber os que clicaram e leram e ainda entrar em contato posteriorment, o acompanhamento é muito melhor e organizado.

Ele não é tão intuitivo, se faz necessário parar para aprender algumas funções para usa - lo corretamente, o que demanda tempo.

Pros

Gostei da possibilidade de testar a ferramenta sem assumir custos. Eu consegui fazer o que eu preciso, que era enviar uma campanha para os usuários da minha plataforma. Consegui também gerar um formulário para apoiar a isso. E ainda pude usar o serviço de automatização para receber um email ao receber uma resposta no formulário gerado. A interface do usuário é enxuta, e isso me agrada, torna a navegação mais precisa e fácil.

Cons

Não gostei tanto da forma como as respostas dos formulário são tratadas. Levei um tempo para enteder a dinamica. Mas eu vi vantagem no formato atual, apenas acredito que as respostas aos formulários poderiam ter uma visão mais rápida, consolidada e clara, por exemplo, seria legal visualizar facilmente uma tabela com as respostas, seria mais simples. Porém, isso não quer dizer que eu mudaria tudo, apenas acrescentaria esse recurso: consulta de respostas através de um relatório em tabela, diretamente na página Formulário.

It’s great. It feels like a platform that actually wants you to succeed rather than just one that wants to bill you for your contact list size. The Value for Money is huge and the ease of use has saved me a ton of time. The support team, specifically how they handled PushOwl issues with super speed, really gives me peace of mind. It’s a solid, reliable tool with a support team that actually has your back.

Pros

Honestly, it’s the customer support. It is so rare to find a tech company that actually feels human. Whenever I’ve run into a wall especially with the PushOwl integration their team has been all over it. They are incredibly fast, they actually get the technical side of the issue without me having to explain it three times, and they follow up afterward just to make sure everything is still running smoothly. It’s also just a really pretty, easy-to-use platform. Most "all-in-one" tools feel like a cluttered mess, but Brevo keeps things clean and simple.

Cons

The only thing that really bugs me is the clunky workflow when duplicating campaigns. If I want to take a successful email and quickly resend it to the people who didn't open it (or those who clicked but didn't buy), I feel like I have to jump through too many hoops.

Apart from the two inconveniences mentioned above, which are quite frustrating for me (especially the suspension of campaigns prepared in full compliance with quality standards), my overall experience has been positive and I do recommend Brevo to others. The attractive pricing is also important advantage, especially for the large–scale email sending I need, which has to remain cost-effective.

Pros

The advantages of Brevo for me: - attractive pricing compared to similar platforms - very clear interface and ease of use - a responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful support team - high email deliverability

Cons

I think Brevo has an overly sensitive algorithm related to email deliverability and customer engagement. My campaigns were suspended even though the open rate was between 25–41%, and I had to contact support for assistance. I should note that in my campaigns I use only contacts from my own list, validated both with an external tool and manually. Another inconvenience is the “campaigns in review” process — the resulting delays in sending are unfavorable from a conversion standpoint, because emails don’t reach recipients during peak open-rate hours. I strongly recommend improving this. I never had this issue with Mailchimp.

However, there are a few important limitations that affect the workflow: limited design flexibility, very basic pop-up options, and a lack of advanced automation and analytics. With deeper integrations and more modern marketing tools, Brevo could become a truly top-tier platform. Overall, I’m satisfied, but there is room for improvement.

Brevo is very easy to use, intuitive, and great for managing newsletters and basic automations. The interface is clean, email delivery is reliable, and the pricing is very fair compared to other platforms. It’s simple to set up, works well for small and medium businesses, and offers all essential tools in one place.

Cons

Few important features that I think are missing: More design flexibility in the email editor (modern layouts, flexible sections, full-width blocks). More types of pop-ups, not only newsletter pop-ups (exit-intent, discount pop-ups, multi-step, slide-ins, scroll/time triggered). I use it for a years and all I need to do about Digital Marketing I can do with it. The price is just.

Pros

It´s a complete Marketing platform with the resources I need for my SaaS. In one platform I have CRM, Automation, SMTP, whatsapp, Deals and more. The Customer Support is very helpful when I nedded. It´s easy to use the UIX and the api.

Cons

Some time there are new functions that I wasn´t using that don´t work fine, new configurations, but the support can solve in time.

Very satisfactory. I have had little issue with the service since switching, and one of them was simply an issue of me not being able to find a fuction, which support easily pointed out to me.

Pros

Value of services vs competitors. Ease of use of the dashboard and SMTP/API interfaces. Thanks to this, and a decent third party support of the service, I was able to quickly migrate us from mailchimp to Brevo.

Cons

Some instructions are unclear, so documentation could use a mild "tune-up." Such as when I was notified that we did not have a functioning captcha (due to an API key mismatch on our end), no where did it state that we needed to open a ticket to verify the resolution to prevent our service being locked. The way the docs were written made it sound like it would be automatically checked.

Brevo est devenu un pilier de notre écosystème digital chez Athorus Digital. Nous l’utilisons à la fois pour les newsletters automatisées, les emails transactionnels et le marketing automation de nos clients. L’outil est stable, évolutif et s’intègre facilement dans nos workflows (WordPress, CRM, etc.). On sent que la plateforme est pensée pour des agences et freelances exigeants. Bref : un outil fiable, humain et efficace, à la hauteur de son positionnement européen.

Pros

Ce que j’apprécie le plus chez Brevo, c’est la clarté de l’interface et la polyvalence de la plateforme. Tout est fluide : création d’e-mails, automatisations, gestion des listes, intégrations WordPress… C’est un vrai outil tout-en-un pour centraliser la communication digitale sans multiplier les services externes. Leur support client est aussi très réactif et compétent, ce qui reste rare aujourd’hui.

Cons

L’éditeur d’e-mail est parfois un peu rigide sur le responsive et les blocs personnalisés. J’aimerais aussi un peu plus de souplesse dans la planification automatisée (notamment les filtres de temps sur les campagnes RSS). Rien de bloquant, mais quelques optimisations UX rendraient l’expérience parfaite.

We used Brevo for a Toyota dealership email campaign with a large imported contact list. The first campaign was suspended because our historical CRM/newsletter database contained many invalid and outdated email addresses. This was not entirely Brevo's fault, as the list had been collected over several years and required proper validation. After authenticating our sending domain, validating the email lists with an external verification tool, and removing invalid addresses, the campaign was sent successfully. Overall, Brevo worked well after the necessary setup and list cleaning. I would recommend it as a good value email marketing platform, but older contact databases should definitely be cleaned and verified before sending large campaigns.

Pros

Brevo offers good value for email marketing compared to larger competitors. The drag-and-drop editor was easy enough to use for creating a professional newsletter, and the pricing model worked well for our dealership campaign. After domain authentication and proper list cleaning, we were able to send our campaign successfully. The support team also provided useful deliverability details, such as hard bounce rates, bad MX addresses and role-based email issues.

Cons

Contact management can feel slow and clunky with larger lists. Bulk deletion and list cleanup are not as smooth as expected, and some parts of the import and field mapping workflow could be clearer. Our first large campaign was suspended because our imported database contained many outdated emails, and the reactivation process was stressful at first, although support eventually explained the issue clearly.

Overall it's been a great experience especially compared to Mailchimp customer service. Issue sorted in a few hours. The platform is easy to use, the setup process was simple, and everything has worked smoothly so far. One of the biggest positives has been the customer support. No geral estou gostando, existem vantagens e desvantagens como toda ferramenta, ao falar com o suporte tive esperança de melhorias nas limitações citadas, espero que as expectativas sejam atendidas.

Pros

Pesquisei diversas plataformas de e-mail marketing, e a Brevo foi a única que consegui realmente testar, todas as outras exigem alguma licença ou plano para utilizar funcionalidades básicas. Enquanto a Brevo, consegui testar campanhas, formulários, automações e enviar até 300 emails por dia grátis! E isso fez com que eu obtivesse um licença para testar mais funcionalidades com a landing page.

Cons

Limitações. Existem limitações em campos de formulários, e edição de emails, e nas landing pages. Limitações como validação de telefone e email (máscaras), assinaturas em multilistas, ordenação de campos selecionáveis etc. algumas funcionalidades que eu consigo fazer na página de formulários eu não consigo na de landing page e virse-versa.

Pros

Speed and ease of use. The perfect automation for email campaigns to clients and leads. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Brevo. In fact, I’m currently using it to send email campaigns for one of my clients.

Cons

I haven’t had any difficulties with Brevo so far. But I’d like to make one suggestion: increase the daily email sending limit a little more.
