Pros This email marketing platform is the best I have ever used. I have used Zoho Campaigns, GetResponse etc. and none of them are as sweet to navigate as Brevo. I am on the free tier and have recommended to my team to upgrade as soon as we have enough contacts. 100% recommended. Cons Payments are in USD. I wish they have a local billing system so I can pay in NGN. Pros Managing campaigns is easy, as are the email writing features. The list view is very practical and managing leads is easy too. Cons Integrating the form with Wordpress is not so simple when we want to maintain a specific layout. Using plugins was not efficient and we had to copy the HTML code to the page. I like their per-send payment plan that keeps my costs down. Cons There are a LOT of features in Brevo, many that I haven't even looked at (and are probably too complicated for me). We needed customer support before we could send our first campaign. The issue was dealt with extremely timely meaning we could carry on with the task we had started. Pros We have only just started using Brevo following a bad experience with Mailchimp. We asked for help following the authentication of both our domains. After asking for support via the platform, we were contacted within the hour and the issue resolved, meaning we could very quickly continue with our first campaign on this platform. Cons We have only just started using Brevo and have not had chance to see if there are any Cons. As we have a considerable number of existing customers and leads, the amount of emails we can send, being 300, may be a little restrictive for us. we may need to look at upgrading to a subscription in the future, see how it goes. Brevo is perfect for my needs, and never tries to hit me with hidden fees for using their services. Pros I'm new to SMS marketing and purchased some credits to try it out. There's a lot to it that I wasn't aware about. But Brevo support reached out to me without my asking and began walking me through the process. I appreciated Brevo being proactive! Cons There was nothing that stood out that I didn't like about Brevo's support team. After a while, it would add up unless I went in and manually deleted the older contacts.
