Reading the correct articles you can really maximize all the features for great marketing strategies. Pros I love how clear the setup of the platform is. It is user friendly. Best of all, is how they respond to your questions through email with clear answers & links to articles explaining everything you need to know. Cons 1\. I wish there was a cheaper option to hire a Brevo expert for projects that I want to do using the platform. 2. When drawing the templates I sometimes find it hard to choose font options. It doesn't allow me to select its at the top of the email. Cons Perhaps not having a phone number to get immediate feedback on particular inquiries that would require them. It’s a better initial experience than other platforms I’ve tried like mailchimp, beehiv, flodesk. Pros From a first impression, I liked how quick and easy it is to import new contacts. They also check for duplicates automatically which is great! I also enjoyed the ease of building an email. It was intuitive and looked polished! Although there is still lots to learn, they have great guides that I’ve leaned on a lot to get more clarity on features. I like that we are charged per E-mail and not based on the contacts on our mailer list, that makes removing unnecessary accounts so easy and still able to keep them in the contact list so that we can send them promotional email once every no and then.
