I haven't even tapped into the full potential yet, and I'm looking forward to exploring more. Pros The emails look good! They're sleek and well designed and there isn't a lot of extra logo junk at the bottom! Cons It took me a while to figure out how it all works, but once I got it, it really clicked and it isn't too difficult. You get quite a few features for the monthly costs, making Brevo a great solution if you’re looking for a new email software program. The support team responds very quickly and provides good assistance. Initially, our collaboration with Brevo was a bit rocky because our account kept getting frozen for security reasons, which was quite frustrating for us. Fortunately, we were assigned a dedicated contact person who helped us resolve the suspensions within a few hours until the technical department fixed the issue. Since then, everything has gone smoothly, and we are still very happy with our switch from Mailerlite to Brevo. I particularly appreciate the look and feel of the program, and I enjoy working with it. Pros \- Professional customer service that responds quickly - Nice look and feel of the program - Marketing automation features are sufficient for small business owners - The price is perfectly fine, especially for the quality you receive Cons \- At first, our account was suspended 10 times without any reason, which was very frustrating; luckily, that's been resolved now. - In some cases, there can be delays while creating email campaigns. Fortunately, logging back in helps with that. Switched from [MailerLite](https://www.capterra.com/p/136603/MailerLite/) Multiple reasons. The New Mailerlite was worse and more expensive than the old Mailerlite, but we were not able to go back. Don't waste your time, rather keep with Mailchimp Cons We are a music band and we have a loyal fanbase which we brought across from Mailchimp that has been earned over the years through our events and concerts. We sent out one mail about a float fest party we were hosting to our fan base and Brevo suspended our account. Absolutely no reason and they refused to explain why. I would certainly prefer not to have my inbox flooded with auto reply emails every time a mailing goes out as we send to a very large volume of clients and it can be cumbersome to comb through each. Although there is still lots to learn, they have great guides that I’ve leaned on a lot to get more clarity on features.
