Whether it's about launching a newsletter campaign or managing complex automations. The user interface is so intuitive that even the newest of users can find their way around immediately. When it comes to automation, Brevo really won me over. Cons As much as I appreciate Brevo, there are a few things that need improvement. The learning curve for some of the more advanced features should not be underestimated. It would be great if you were given a little more guidance with more complex tasks. Pros The platform is in general easy to use, it is most of the times very intuitive and it doesn't generate lots of questioning. In case you have problems, questions or doubts, they have plenty of information available online which you can read and try to solve by yourself. In case you need the support team, they answer relatively quickly. Cons The platform seems to have some bugs that are not explained. Sometimes you design a newsletter, and once you send a test, it is received differently and with some bugs (a photo that you placed to be small appears huge in the newsletter test).
