I've found the platform to be approachable for a beginner, especially with basic functionalities like sending emails and managing contacts. a quantidade de contatos virar um limitador para eu usar, mesmo que não precise enviar muitos emails, gostaria de ter uma opção acessível de preço para uma faixa entre 500 e 7.500 contato... o preço fica muito caro, mesmo que eu não vá enviar mensagens. Acho que os filtros poderia ser mais fáceis de usar.

I was looking for a way to support subscribers and newsletters that was affordable. My website shares information about ALS and doesn't generate any revenue. Brevo has exceeded my expectations. I use eye gaze technology to work on my computer and Brevo has worked great for me. Overall, my experience with Brevo has been great.

Pros

I really like the simplicity in the setup. I have been able to import multiple lists and consolidate them with minimal effort. I am using the free option now which meets my needs. I am also very happy with the campaign functionality which I use for newsletters for my website subscribers.

Cons

My biggest issue is form integration. It currently only lets me embed the subscribe form, but I want to embed the update form or even a link. This is currently not possible.

I'm a lead developer at a small web agency, and we always recommend Brevo to our clients. It's easy to set up, provides all the functionality our clients need at the best pricepoint, and the account configuration makes it very easy to co-work and troubleshoot across different accounts.

Pros

Brevo's delegated account access means that my clients can take care of simple tasks by themselves, and I can easily access their account if they need help with more technical tasks.

Cons

There is so much functionality that sometimes it's hard to find the particular item I'm looking for in all the menus.

Lo mejor es lo fácil que resulta usarlo. La interfaz es clara, el editor de emails es intuitivo, y configurar flujos automatizados no toma mucho tiempo. me parece una excelente opción si tienes un negocio pequeño o estás empezando y no quieres gastar mucho. Si eres exigente con el diseño o necesitas análisis súper detallados, tal vez se te quede corto.

Pros

Probé Brevo porque buscaba una herramienta de email marketing todo en uno, y la verdad es que me sorprendió lo completo que es, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que muchas de sus funciones están disponibles en el plan gratuito. Puedes hacer emails, automatizaciones, mandar SMS o WhatsApps, usar un CRM básico… todo desde una sola plataforma. Y encima está en español, lo cual se agradece.

Cons

No todo es perfecto. Las plantillas de correo se sienten un poco anticuadas y no hay muchas opciones para elegir. Los reportes más avanzados solo están en los planes de pago más caros, y noté que a veces los correos no llegan bien, así que la entregabilidad no es la más estable. Además, algunas partes cargan lento, como las automatizaciones la primera vez que las abres.

Overall we have thousands of clients in the CRM and contact list as well as several marketing campaigns that have been running over the last few years.

Pros

Our company has used Brevo for years to send mass emails to various groups within our company. We do love how we can easily add guest information into Brevo as well as create and manage various groups (aka lists). It makes sending out marketing emails much easier and faster.

Cons

Creating the marketing email is challenging. We also may get unsubscribes that do not realize we use Brevo for informational purposes and not just marketing and we get concerned the guests may no longer get pertinent emails.

### "My experience with Brevo (formerly SendinBlue)"

I had tried several email marketing tools before finally choosing Brevo (formerly SendinBlue), and two things really stood out to me: the pricing model, which didn’t charge based on the number of contacts — at the time, we already had a list of 600 contacts — and the positive reviews from specialized websites, which ranked Brevo’s email deliverability alongside other more well-known platforms. Since then, I’ve been quite happy with the platform, especially after unlocking the Business plan features. I find the interface intuitive, the API integration documentation clear, and overall it meets my company’s needs very well. That said, I only use the email features — I tried using the CRM but it didn’t meet our needs, so we opted for a more robust external solution that integrates better with our workflow.

Pros

I really like the support — it’s usually quick and provides precise answers to all my questions. I also enjoy the interface; it’s easy to get used to and makes it simple to find and apply the available features. I appreciated the update to the automation feature as well — it brought new possibilities and made the tool much more robust. I also like the reports, and I think the new "best time to send" feature is a big improvement over the old one. I’m also satisfied with the segmentation options — they work very well and meet our needs. I haven’t tested the A/B testing feature yet.

Cons

Sometimes, the email design editor freezes, and I have to exit and re-enter the platform to continue editing. There are also occasional stability issues — I’ve been locked out of the platform at times when I really needed access. I also find the pricing model somewhat unclear; most of the support tickets I’ve opened were to clarify doubts about how pricing works. Additionally, the automation for updating custom fields in contact records and moving contacts between lists doesn’t always work as expected. From time to time, I need to manually check and fix what the automation didn’t handle correctly.

We've been using Brevo for 2 years now. As a startup company without a dedicated email marketing budget, Brevo has given us the opportunity to consistently reach more people every day. It's been a valuable tool in helping us grow our audience.

Pros

Easy to use email marketing platform. I like the way the platform is designed, from uploading of materials, insertion on the the campaign and the of course the straight forward features that is easy to understand. It is email marketer zero experienced friendly

Cons

The free account only allows sending 300 emails per day. For an email campaign where the objective is simply to blast all email contacts, it would be helpful to easily select and segment (with naming inside the master list) 300 leads with just a few clicks. This way, you can upload and send them in batches daily. I'm currently using a free account, so I'm not sure if this kind of feature is available under a subscription plan.

Really good, happy, friendly, and real human support - not awful chat bots to fight with. Really pleased about the carbon footprint element too.

Pros

I moved over to Brevo from SendGrid .. and also moved over all my clients too.. it was easy to use, easy to add the DNS records, customer support was exceptional, and I'm only using the free plans at the moment so value for money is epic! It integrates fine with WP Mail SMTP, Fluent SMTP and Post SMTP on my Wordpress sites. I LOVE that they have the carbon footprinting calculator, as I work in digital sustainability. Very very cool.

Cons

The due diligence was brilliant, but I did need to raise a ticket each time I set up a new account. And I had a few tech issues with not getting codes to my phone. But nothing to complain about. Customer support helped really quickly.

I have had a very positive experience thus far including a speedy response from the Brevo support team.

Pros

I was thrilled to find out that I could replace WP SMTP Mail with Brevo for all the transactional emails for my Wordpress / Woocom store, and it was easy to install and integrate. Furthermore, the pop-up form from Brevo was top class! I like it better than the Mailchimp equivalent and, once again, it was simple to design and implement.

Cons

I have no complaints at this stage. Brevo was easy enough for me - a beginner building her first website - to use.

The choice came when I could only enter DKIM & DMARC records for Brevo or Mailchimp. I then investigated Brevo further (I already knew Brevo was better for SMTP Mail and that is critical to the functioning of the site) but when I saw that Brevo also offered a pop up form in the free version, my mind was made up.

Pros

Brevo is a cost-effective and an intuitive tool for marketing teams with best email management features. The UI and UX of the tool gives great feedback for the decision makers to create their content and send beautiful campaigns to the audience.

Cons

Halting few features in basic plans, like work flows, AI emailer, and other few more. Although they are not deal breakers but I would want more automation for not only transactional but marketing mails too.

Overall it's easy to use and the customer support is quick to respond. I don't use all of the features it offers, but it works great for my email newsletter campaigns very well.

Pros

Feature rich and simple user interface. Definitely is high value for the money. Biggest pro is how quickly customer support responds to issues and resolves them.

Cons

Email notifications seem endless even though I've turned them off. I guess some have to be sent, but it would be nice to get a summary rather than an email notification for each and every issue.

Pleasantly surprised by how much I can make use of the platform even when on the free tier - including access to customer support via email. Also happy with the integrations available.

Pros

Simple set up, easy to use interface to create emails, automations and forms. Brevo also includes a simple CRM for managing contacts and it is easy to customise views. Simple integration with WP Forms. Easy to set up SMTP with WordPress. Friendly customer service.

Cons

When using a popup form it is not possible to customise the URL for double opt-in subscribers. They are sent to a pretty unattractive grey screen with 'thanks for subscribing' in green letters. It is possible to customise the URL for the standard (non pop-up) form, and also when using the Brevo integration with WP Forms. Also sometimes the automations take longer to run than I'd expected which might cause a problem with my double opt-in automation. Having said that, it's possible that is because I'm on the free plan.

I have tried repeatedly to contact Brevo by both phone and email but unfortunately have received little meaningful support. Phone calls go unanswered, and there is not even an option to leave a voicemail. The email responses appear to be automated, typically asking for additional details while thanking me for my patience, despite the information already provided. At this point, I feel as though I have made a donation to the company rather than a worthwhile investment in my business.

Pros

At this point, I cannot say there is anything I have liked about Brevo. Their marketing strategy appears promising; however, their product and customer service have been virtually nonexistent.

Cons

I signed my contract with Brevo on October 22, 2025, and paid the $249.00 fee to gain access to the network. Since then, I have received only one referral, and unfortunately, it was not a valid lead. For the past several weeks, I am not even able to log into the site

Je ne suis pas pleinement satisfaite. Je dois dire que je ne change pas de logiciel par facilité et aussi parce que j'ai une flemme intersidérale de transférer tous mes fichiers mais je ne suis pas très contente globalement, ni du service client, ni vraiment du logiciel.

La possibilité de reutiliser une campagne préxistante pour ne créer une nouvelle avec la fonction dupliquer La gestion automatique des adresses blacklistées L'ajout de nouvelles adresses

Peu de souplesse dans le design, la modification et l'implantation des blocs. Très très peu de typos disponibles. C'est globalement très classique comme design et comme rendu. Pas de mail anticipant le débit de l'abonnement annuel, j'avoue que je n'ai jamais vu cela ailleurs : le moyen de paiement est tout simplement débité à la date anniversaire. Un peu limite en terme de relation client. Pas de visibilité exacte sur le nombre de mails réellement délivrés, c'est une approximation. Adresse expéditeur "brevo" mentionnée à la place de l'adresse pro... alors que c'est un abonnement payant : mXXX@1728635.brevosend.com vraiment pas fou comme rendu La gestion des listes et des groupes n'est pas intuitive, et je n'ai pas vraiment accès aux fonctionnalités car je ne trouve pas réponse à mes besoins. Lorsque j'ai eu des questions et soucis notamment de manipulations à mettre en oeuvre pour que mon adresse ne soit pas considérée comme un spam, les retours etaient extrêmement techniques et le suivi peu ergonomique pour qui n'est pas ingénieur informaticien :(

Our experience has been very good. We had to stop our plan once for budget reasons, but so glad to be back. This platform is the absolute best for our business needs.

Pros

What I like the most about Brevo is that it charges me for how many emails I send, and not my database. I have a big database, but I'm actually a small business that does not send that many emails... So this pricing strategy by Bravo is just the best for our business. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. We have been with Brevo for a few years, and we have no intention to change anytime soon!

Cons

Templates and designs are maybe too basic, but it's not a big deal for us (a brand that just wants to communicate specific offers or news).

It meets all the functions I need, and provides a daily quota of 300 free emails, with no limit on the number of contacts. It automatically checks for duplicate emails and excludes unsubscribed emails to avoid disturbing customers who don't need to subscribe. It also makes it easy to export and import contacts. No downsides yet.Although the free daily quota is only 300 emails, this is definitely not a disadvantage. After all, Brevo has done a good job for free users.

It was good. Some limitation should be lifted. Record level security & bot clicks management should be better.

Pros

I really enjoy using Brevo. It’s simple, clear, and does what I need without making things complicated. Setting up emails and managing contacts is easy, and the whole experience just feels smooth. Value of money & no limit on contact is cheery on top.

Cons

I cannot have a permission that can remove delete from user setup. I want to give read/edit permission to sales reps but not delete. A disgruntled rep can erase my database someday.

### "Solid Tool for the Price — Great Support, Too"

Overall experience has been great. Looking forward to learning more at my own pace without the numerous bells and whistles and steep pricing that Mailchimp offered. Also happier to work with a company who is not in the Intuit family.

Pros

Offers all the essential tools for email marketing and automation. Interface is clean and fairly intuitive once you get the hang of it. Includes advanced features (like segmentation and automation workflows) at lower tiers than competitors. Extremely generous pricing, especially compared to competitors. Great value for small businesses or solo operators who want solid tools without premium costs.

Cons

Not as robust or polished as Mailchimp in terms of templates, native integrations, or UX. Some features feel slightly underdeveloped or harder to configure without guidance. Response time can be delayed—likely due to support being outside the U.S. No instant chat or phone support in some cases, so issues may take a day or two to resolve.

Reason for choosing Brevo

Seemed too pricy for my "smaller" email list of 1500. Seemed to incentivise the desire to grow because with more emails comes more costs.
