I haven't even tapped into the full potential yet, and I'm looking forward to exploring more. Pros The emails look good! They're sleek and well designed and there isn't a lot of extra logo junk at the bottom! Cons It took me a while to figure out how it all works, but once I got it, it really clicked and it isn't too difficult. Pros Brevo is an extremely comprehensive email marketing platform with interesting automation features. It offers very competitive pricing, allowing you to scale over time as both the number of contacts and functionalities grow. It pays great attention to email deliverability requirements, which is crucial, especially for accounts that send to large contact lists. You can collect contacts by creating forms directly within Brevo or through plugins for the most popular CMS platforms, such as WordPress. The automation features are particularly interesting because they allow you to manage the database with internal actions as well as automate external communications via email or SMS. The e-commerce integration is also very compelling, enabling the integration of coupons, products, and orders with the shop. Cons The contact profiling could be improved, especially when it comes to creating and organizing CRM fields. The reporting section needs significant improvement if you want to monitor workflow performance and not just email campaign performance. I like how there are multiple tools covering all aspects of the sales process, allowing me to really tailor the experience for my customers. Especially useful are the short articles with tips on what to do and not to do. Pros I like how I can organise my contacts systematically. Before I was just using an excel sheet, so this is a real upgrade. Cons Not much! I’ve only just begun using it. Pros Intuitiveness. Breadth of features and options and how everything seamlessly works together. Cons I didn’t like the automatic up charge when I went over 5000 contacts. I could still sign in and could see everything but it didn’t work and their support team said yes that’s what happens when you don’t come back for a while and there’s nothing they could do for me. Pros As a content creator I use Brevo to send newsletters to my viewers and it was so easy to create design of newsletter in Brevo. I run into troubles and my account was suspended (totally legitimately), brevo support team helped me by providing steps I should take to have my account restored. After I followed steps my account was restored in 15 minutes. Pros Easy start, good functional, I'm happy with transactional emails. Cons I haven't find downsides yet. But I only used it for transactional emails like account email confirmation and notifications.
