Pros It works as expected. It's fast and all the functionality is simple and easy to understand. It's not as bloated and complicated as Mailchimp. Also the support is amazing and makes such a difference. Mailchimp support is pretty good and they have the screen sharing system but you have to use it for things you don't expect to. For Brevo I rarely need support but when I do, it's excellent. Cons Nothing as yet but we don't do complex flows or automation or integrations so haven't tested it to it's full extent as we have with other providers. Cons I can't say anything. I'd love the intuitive use of the the platform. Very nice! The system is very easy to learn. The drag-drop editor works well and is intuitive. The campaigns show exactly what is happening in real time. The lists are well thought out, and allow you to copy or move names between lists very quickly. And the help files are a dream - covering every possible question in great detail. After having used other systems, Brevo was a breath of fresh air and I'd recommend it to anyone.
