I've tried other services and I had some frustrations that I didn't have with Brevo. Pros I think Brevo is easy to use and it's also complete. I can easily create and schedule my emails and I think the free version is great for small businesses. The paid versions have a fair price. Cons It doesn't have an app and it's terrible on the phone browser, so I can only use it with a desktop. Sometimes I want to write and prepare some campaigns while using my phone, but it's impossible. Cons The design editor undo sometimes doesn't work or struggle to edit some sections sometimes but is not anything to concern about, as a front end developer I find it easier to edit plain code instead of visual editors. Pros Ce qui m'a définitivement décidé d'utiliser BREVO juste pour mes campagnes d'e-mails, a été la simplicité et l'ergonomie de son interface, en plus de la gratuité offerte pour et jusqu'à 300 destinataires. Son utilisation est assez simple et cible tous le monde, même sans expérience dans le domaine, la prise en main est assez rapide et sans réelles contraintes, il suffit de suivre les indications. L'optimisation de l'affichage sur les mobiles a aussi été un facteur important. Brevo donne également la possibilité de personnaliser le design des campagnes d'e-mails, avec son logo, ses visuels (personnalisés avant de les importer au format jpg ou png) et avec des modèles de mise en page, des templates (modifiable) gratuits, etc. What definitely made me decide to use BREVO just for my email campaigns was the simplicity and ergonomics of its interface, in addition to the free offer for up to 300 recipients. Its use is quite simple and targets everyone, even without experience in the field, getting started is quite quick and without any real constraints, you just have to follow the instructions. Optimizing the display on mobile devices was also an important factor. Brevo also gives the possibility of personalizing the design of email campaigns, with its logo, its visuals (personalized before importing them in jpg or png format) and with free layout models, templates (editable) , etc. Cons Je n'ai pas trouvé de réel inconvénient concernant l'envoie de campagne d'e-mails (seule fonction que j'utilise). Si on souhaite aller plus loin avec Brevo, il faudra se former un minimum et également payer un abonnement. I haven't found any real disadvantages regarding sending email campaigns (the only function I use). If you want to go further with Brevo, you will need to train a minimum and also pay a subscription.
