August 16, 2024 5.0 The support is great, they respond with professionalism even in the free accounts. Pros The smoothness of operation and how everything is set up to walk you through the process. The way the template builder is and how easy it was to make any template your own. I especially liked how you can brand your own template and your website and social links are added automatically at the bottom of the email campaign. Pros I love how intuitive it is. I didn't know much about markering automation when launching Brevo 1,5 years ago to boost our gym's marketing. And know we have automations and campaigns like pro's. Cons Setting up complicated things like product related automations was a bit difficult and the contact management could be more advanced/intuitive. Also, too bad that the forms with iframe are not so adjustable. August 28, 2024 4.0 If Brevo hadn’t worked for me, I might have resorted to Mail merge plugins or even BCC-ing everyone! 😂 I tried several of your competitors, but I ran into issues like not receiving verification codes or being unable to authenticate my domain—basically, I couldn’t get things done. With you guys, everything has been straightforward, so I’m definitely sticking with Brevo for now. Pros I loved the customer support experience. With most SaaS, not even just mailing service, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. But Brevo, \[sensitive content hidden\], replied really quick, within a few hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. I couldn’t be happier with the service! Cons So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about Brevo. Very easy and fun. Pros The display is easy to use, and the message sending process is also fast.
