I see other types of marketing campaigns that I will explore. Pros I liked the option to attach an offer in the form of a pdf document, and I have a good experience with customer support resolving a critical issue. Also, the design tool and variety of campaign types are something that I would like to explore in the future. Cons As a new user, I did not experience anything that is an obstacle other than a short delay in account verification with mobile phone number that was resolved quickly with customer support. On the contrary, I choose Brevo because of the workflow of email campaign. Nous sommes une PME et récoltons des adresses d'emails via des inscriptions à notre newsletter sur notre site. Il se trouve que dans la liste d'emails injectés dans Brevo, il y avait des adresses blacklistées. Après l'envoi de notre email, Brevo a fait le constat que notre liste était non qualifiée et ils nous ont carrément banni de leur plateforme en fermant notre compte !
