Cons Unfortunately, some of my most important readers are on a specific email domain and it is unfortunate that for now, Brevo has not been able to deliver my newsletter to recipients on that domain. Nach der Umstellung wurde es unverschämt. Cons Die Automatisierung funktioniert nicht mehr, wenn man das gebuchte Budget von e-mail überschritten hat. Das passiert sehr einfach durch Spam e-mail Eingänge. Wenn man diese löscht, sollte es wieder gehen. Aber! Die Anzahl der verwalteten Einträge wir nicht zurückgesetzt und man wird gezwungen ein größeres Paket zu kaufen. Das ist simple Abzocke! Nach meheren sinnfreien, wenig hilfreichen und sehr langwirigen Hin und Her mit dem verzögert antwortendem Support haben wir uns entschlossen die Zusammenarbeit final zu beenden. Nous sommes une PME et récoltons des adresses d'emails via des inscriptions à notre newsletter sur notre site. Il se trouve que dans la liste d'emails injectés dans Brevo, il y avait des adresses blacklistées. Après l'envoi de notre email, Brevo a fait le constat que notre liste était non qualifiée et ils nous ont carrément banni de leur plateforme en fermant notre compte ! Ce vecteur est complémentaire des autres outils de communication : site web, réseaux sociaux.- en relation : les adhérents étant régulièrement informés, et partageant ce courriel à leurs amis.- en efficacité : une campagne courriel est présentée de la même façon qu’un courrier papier. L’agencement des photos et des textes est apprécié des uns et des autres.- en protection, avec le RGPD. Pros 1) le fonctionnement par bloc, avec l’ajout de texte, photos, « boutons de liens web ».2) le fait de pouvoir travailler progressivement, d’anticiper, de travailler par touche ou par période.3) le fait d’avoir l’application « Test » permettant une relecture par deux administrateurs différents et donc une correction, des ajouts par rapport à des oublis.4) la programmation des campagnes. En effet, je suis bénévole actif de l’association, et je dois assumer parallèlement mes responsabilités professionnelles. Cons 1) je ne sais pas encore utilisé toutes les fonctionnalités, par manque de temps. Il est vrai que l’utilisation de Sendinblue s’est effectuée pendant le 1re confinement en France : il a permis de garder des liens sociaux entre « Amis du Perche », et donc éviter que des personnes ne se retrouvent exclues, isolées.
