Each time I've looked for a feature or functionality, I was able to find it (even in the free version) and it was easy to figure out, or find help documentation about it. Pros I originally tried Sendinblue by the suggestion of an online comparison article. I was moving away from a well-known email marketing platform that I had used for 11+ years because of technical changes and additional fees that they started making. Cons The look is a bit clunky and at first I was 'not impressed' but once I dug into the meat of it, the potential was obvious. I immediately signed up. Not to mention, their customer service was a total joke. Pros Sendinblue is the emailing tool we use for our brand. It helps use create qualitative emails that are appealing for the customers. They are easy to build even for someone who has never done it before. It is also quite well integrated with Shopify. Cons At some point we had an issue because the automation was not working anymore; the customer success team helped me out with it but it was quite tricky to understand. The automations are not super easy to implement when you are not an expert. We were able to create awesome professional looking emails without the struggle of dealing with code. Cons We are a small business, and do not yet need the higher teir package, but this means our emails still have the brevo logo at the bottom. And we do not have budget to pay to have this removed at this time. It was especially helpful that Sendinblue has excellent integration with the HTML email designer that we use. Creating lists for various audience groups was also an easy task. The pricing plans are far better for our needs than what most competitors are offering. Pros Built-in integration from BEE Pro to Sendinblue Ease of setting up campaigns Effortless contact import manually Creating specific contact lists was straightforward Cons It was not immediately obvious how to connect Dynamic 365 CRM with Sendinblue and the "official" guide suggested an approach that involves a paid third party service, but we eventually found a free plugin which was endorsed by Microsoft and syncronises the contacts in the same way. The folder management for the contact lists was not clear, but after some tries we found how to do it properly. Their built-in HTML email editor can be extremely frustrating. Unnecessarily complicated for our purposes. Paying a full price when we only used 1/4 of the functions. Their pricing plans and multi-user offers are too general and not suited for companies in sectors that have specific needs. Customer support was avoiding our questions until we repeated them multiple times when they finally admitted that they cannot offer an appropriate package for our needs. Review Source Ondrej K. If it is your first experience with email marketing, Brevo is an exceptional tool and will not disappoint. Cons 2 things. Seeing the design of your previous emails is a little hard. You have to click a lot of places just to see the content you have sent previously. The space management in the email builder can sometimes be a headache. Pros We received really good results in some email campaigns and others were absysmal. I believe it had to do with the IPs they gave us. Cons Once the IP in question was brought to their attention they shut down our account instead of addressing the issue. We have really made a difference and built up our contact list. Everyone on my team knows how to use it and we've all benefitted from it. Pros I love all the features that are included for a reasonable price it's easy to use, easily integrated with other products, and has a lot of customizable aspects. All my team members love sendinblue and so does our team leader. Everything we need is included and there aren't any features that are lacking. Cons At times it can be a little slow, but this dosent happen very much. That's really the only con for us. Pros We moved from Constant Contact and find Sendinblue a much better value with similar services. Cons The rich text editor is a little cranky. To make sure all of our recipients can see the text in the campaigns we send from the rich text editor, we produce the text in MS Word, but then copy and paste the text to Notepad to remove the MS Word formatting, then copy and paste the text to the Sendinblue rich text editor. If we don't do the intermediate step, some of our recipient's email clients can not handle the confusion in formatting. It took us much time and experimenting to figure this out. La proposition gratuite Sendinblue est impressionnante car "elle a tout d'une grande" et couvre vraiment l'ensemble de mes besoins (segmentation, programmation d'envoi, campagne automation, formulaires de mise à jour). Cons Lorsque j'ai souhaité faire une campagne SMS, j'ai été bloquée par le délai annoncé entre le moment où on achète les crédits et celui où ils sont utilisables. This is way more than most small businesses will use in a day. I average 5 a day. So the fact they let you set up free and secure SMTP emails for your website is incredible. I appreciate their WordPress integration and the ability to set up test emails through servers such as Plesk. I switched from shared hosting that uses phpmail to a better hosting on Plesk, but I wasn't receiving emails for months because nobody at my hosting company told me that I had to set it up on my own. Lo and behold I figured it out, and several articles and plugins recommended Sendinblue. I was reluctant to try it, but when I saw their free option I decided to go for it. I'm glad I did. Now that it's set up, it's working perfectly, and my contact form and other services on the site, such as sales emails, are working as they should. Such a great service. Cons I can't think of much I dislike about it. It was a bit tricky to set-up the first time, but I followed their guides and got it done.
