Pros

The drag and drop editor has alot of features which I gladly use. It's simple to understand and use as well.

Cons

You will need to get pass the initial set up of everything, the branding and all that especially if you're managing multiple brands, but once you do its pretty simple

So far so good! Great free Brevo Academy courses with certifications. I was able to jump right in and start using.

Pros

Very easy to edit email campaigns, templates, and automations! Excellent support with a real live human! And easy to test run everything before full send.

Cons

The unsubscribe on transactional emails blocklist work flow. But! I understand the logic behind having two separate blocklists. I think an update profile or custom unsubscribe will fix our current dilemma

I can fall back onto my experience with HTML coding. This avoids my having to learn, and then re-learn, the software interface at every new software iteration. Thus, I can turn a weekly blog page into a newsletter campaign with a degree of automation, and then get on with what I love doing: helping people be fit, healthy, and happy.

Pros

Everything works. There is vast and intricate functionality, yet somehow, this semi-retired fitness instructor and blogger can still create and send campaigns regularly, as well as manage lists and much more. Unlike other email services, the user interface makes it possible to do quite tricky things like setting up and updating spam prevention, and so on.

Cons

The price for this very small timer publisher. This does not stop me, however, because from experience of other services, cheap comes with headaches and difficulties.

Note: I did not use the above provider. I consider it unethical to criticise former service providers in public. Frustration with the previous service's interface. Not intuitive. Not complying with common website layout and operability patterns. Workflow relying upon opening and closing different web pages (like - everything was all over the place), so had to re-learn the layout and workflow every time.

Overall it was great. I really appreciate the prompt customer service and response. They were very understanding and helpful.

Pros

This is a great way to reach customers and potential customers. The interface was easy to use and self explanatory. I liked that I could try it for free before going deeper with a paid account. Definitely one of the most simple and easy to use mass marketing email platforms I have seen.

Cons

I don't love that you get rolled into a subscription when you upgrade. In terms of customer or client lists, I didn't understand that section but quickly got around that with the email all function.

this is one of the best ane easy to use autoresponder i have used very professional and easy access i use every week to send emails and that its free and also a paid version i advise all my friends.

well whats not to love as of now I love everything including the AI feature and Text Blast which I Just Notice.

So far, 10/10 would use again. I would recommend to any small business owner who needs to organize email lists, collect leads, send marketing emails, schedule meetings and even more. This service has been a blessing for me!

The ability to do everything that MailChimp charges for and more.

Cons

Only thing I can think of is that I am dying to upgrade (because I love you guys) but you don't have anything extra I need.

I recommend! My overall experience with Brevo is very very good. I think the value for money is amazing!

Pros

Very good value for money, Amazing customer support (I rarely meet such rapidity and efficient support), it is quite easy to use.

Cons

Lack of functionalities, especially with forms which does not give all what I want: example: hide to existent client option.

Brevo continues to work well for us. It's not necessarily the flashiest or most advanced email marketing software on the market, but it's consistent, improving, and fits our current needs. For a company like ours with a large contact base and varied use cases, it's helpful to have a platform that handles multiple tasks under one roof. We’re looking forward to exploring more of its features in the near future as we scale.

Pros

We've been using Brevo since its Sendinblue days, and I appreciate how it has steadily evolved over the years. It's become a reliable platform for our transactional emails, automations, and newsletters. What I value most is the ease of contact management—it’s been great having all our subscribers in one place, especially with the volume we handle. Their automation tools are solid, and the platform overall feels stable and dependable.

Cons

While the platform has come a long way, email creation still feels more cumbersome than on some other marketing tools. The editor, though improved, could be more intuitive and streamlined. I also think there's room for growth in integrating more useful AI features—while some tools are available, we haven’t found any compelling enough to integrate into our workflow just yet.

My experience was good, so much so that I'm still using it and don't intend to change, especially since once you're in, it's better to stay in the same ecosystem. But I like it. My real problem is with the professional plan, which is very expensive for those who aren't large companies. And it's not worth the price they charge. There should be an intermediate plan, but no, they structure it in such a way that many good features are locked into the professional plan.

Pros

It's easy to use and learn how to run marketing campaigns. From my research, it's the best option for small and medium-sized businesses. And I don't like RD.

Cons

The discrepancy between the affordable plan for ordinary people and the professional plan, which is very expensive and not worthwhile for small and medium-sized businesses, is significant.

Much better than other platforms we've used before, truly you get your value for your money. Their customer service is very attentive and quick to solve all your needs.

Pros

Very easy use for anyone, amazing customer support, very quick and solve all your questions. The campain stadistics are really helpful they are perfect for learning what really your clients like recieving and catches their attention.

Cons

Everything is great, we haven't much of an issue, maybe just that we were paying for a plan that we were not needing, it would've been nice to get feedback and a warning that we do not need it and how we can change to a better one for our business.

Lots of service interruption due to internal policy of Brevo not clearly explained before purchase.!!

Pros

Customer service is great with Isabella. The platform is easy to use if it were useful for what I wanted.

Cons

I signed up because I want to do mailings to thousands of Baptist churches and hundreds of others for my businesses. But I found that you do not permit such things. I ended up asking myself why I bothered signing up. My hosting plan allows that limited level of SMTP server for free.

I use it for my own corporation, as well as a non-profit that I manage. It just works very well. I have used other email services, and Brevo is the best so far...

Pros

Very functional, everything works as it should. Fast and easy to use. Good looking emails and good reports.

Cons

I am using the free product, because the cost seems high for a non-profit that does just a few emails a year to a couple of thousand prospects.

When they changed from SendInBlue to Brevo, I had to go through a massive learning curve considering the changed UI different logo and almost every function getting changed. It was a bit jarring for me, considering I only visit their site occassionaly (most work is automated). Apart from that, the new UI is incredible, everything is smooth. I especially love the email customer support they have been among the best. I have used SendGrid, SendPulse, MailGun, etc. they really have a must better support and documentation setup compared to others, highly recommended!

Pros

Marketing automation is by far the most useful part of Brevo. I have been a customer for Brevo for about 4 years (earlier it was called SendInBlue). I am able to integrate it with my WordPress site, use robust APIs and SMTP to send transactional mails, schedule emails, build campaings, and also use there dashboards/insights to analyse/improve my emails. It is a really solid tool for outreach, cold emails, retargetting, and more.

Cons

My business is volatile and it is difficult to forecast requirements, as a result I always prefer Pay-As-You-Go plans, I have found those plans to be quite bad and relatively expensive. I believe that they can better incentivize those plans or offer proper carry forward on monthly plans to motivate people like me.

Excellent, five stars all round. It's an easy system for campaign marketing, especially the automation processes.

Pros

The simplicity of the interface and how very helpful customer support is if I have any queries. The email management system and spam filtering is exceptional. Brevo is also very good value for money for a small business.

Cons

There are perhaps a few extras that Brevo could incorporate into their system, however they are very proactive in adding or considering adding features to their existing platform.

I couldn't communicate in such an effective way with our stakeholders without it. If it didn't glitch, I would recommend it to everyone.

Pros

As a charity, this is an excellent free product (with daily email limits) which allows us to email our donors, volunteers and referring organisations on issues specific to them. Each contact is set up as a member of specific lists, so everyone receives email content relevant to them.

Cons

The system glitches from time to time when I am editing my email design. The only way to resolve this is to exit the campaign and then go back in again.

Gosto do nível de detalhes das análises de métricas, a flexibilidade na construção dos emails e alta personalização, além da facilidade em importar contatos e criar landing pages. As automações também são bem interessantes, já usei algumas e funciona muito bem.

Cons

Acho que deveríamos ter a opção de embutir o formulário do Google Forms em HTML no fim do e-mail. Como ele é em javascript, nunca consigo fazer isso e acaba afetando a campanha. Além disso, como a renovação do plano acontece dentro de um dia e horário específicos, é ruim quando vamos planejar nossas campanhas, pois ficamos condicionados ao dia E horário que fizemos a assinatura, e não ao dia inteiro em si.

Like Design section in email campaign, manage contacts and AB testing feature are effective and important tools for me inside Brevo.

There are some APIs configuration in Brevo but we don't use them most often. We are organization we really don't have any negative point. So far so good

Fiquei tão irritado com a questão relatada acima que eu cancelei a conta e desisti de avançar, pois faltou clareza, transparência e simplicidade da Brevo nos seus planos ofertados.

Pros

A resposta do atendimento na solução do meu problema. Conforme vou relatar abaixo, tive uma decepção muito grande nas primeiras horas de uso do aplicativo. E o atendimento resolveu meu problema (mesmo que não fosse no mesmo instante).

Cons

A falta de transparência na migração dos planos. Embora eu tenha dado meu consentimento durante o processo de cadastro, achei inoportuno a Brevo ter mudado o meu plano enquanto estava apenas fazendo o rascunho de uma campanha, sem tê-la enviado. Mesmo que estivesse enviando a campanha e efetivamente fosse o caso de ultrapassar a cota do plano original, creio que a Brevo deveria notificar o usuário ANTES da migração, dentro do próprio aplicativo. Da maneira como foi feita, senti que eles foram "malandros" na tentativa de elevar o valor da minha assinatura. Não me pareceu correto!

Enjoying it so far, happy with the easy functionality Brevo for creating new campaigns, creating lists, and keeping my tasks and projects organized.

Pros

Variety of templates for emails, and ease in use for automation messaging for subscribers. Really like the reporting for each of the campaigns as well to see what went well, and how it can improve.

Cons

Sometimes the functionality of moving certain elements in the email can be cumbersome. Working through the spacing function does help but it is tedious to move things.

Overall experience was pretty good. Our team initially used their free version in order to gauge whether their offerings meet our expectations & requirements. Once we were satisfied, we upgraded to the paid plan.

Pros

The user interface of Brevo is quite intuitive & user friendly. We were facing issues with regards to our payment to Brevo for plan upgradation. Their support team helped us promptly, resolved our queries swiftly & within a day's time our paid plan got activated.

Cons

If brevo could lower down the monthly/yearly cost of their starter plan, it'd be great for startup founder who are always tight on budget or alternatively make it more feature rich so that the pricing seems economical.

Pros

Brevo is how accessible it makes all this for small nonprofit teams. Between our drag-and-drop email builder, marketing automation, and SMS integration, we’re able to execute pro-level outreach without a single tech department. It’s super budget-friendly for what it offers.

Cons

Some of the automation workflows can be limiting compared to more robust tools. Additionally, team members not already familiar with CRMs had a bit of learning curve.
