I have mainly used it for API integration and there are lot of prebuild example and integration documentation is available on their website and for multiple languages. The cost is also very less as compare to other alternatives. Cons So I was suppose to integrate the API with for transactional emails in Golang code and what I noticed that the code on their site is not working at all and even the code provided by postman didn't worked out at all. It's not as easy as tools like AWeber or ActiveCampaign but is definitely worth it. Very easy to manage contacts and run email campaigns. Cons As I said, the UX, UI, and speed isn't that great. Also, you may fall into a lot of integration issues when integrating with WordPress. I've faced this issue from time-to-time and this caused delays all over the place. Otherwise, a good tool! Pros Even if sendinblue is not the cheaper, I think that related to the customer service is the best mailing list software you can use. Sending a mail is very simple, and I just hope it will have more templates in the future, to avoid loosing time in developing a new kind of email. Cons I just think price of dedicated IP is a little expensive, especially if you are an agency and you need to administrate many customers . February 6, 2021 5.0 I started out with Sendinblue because I needed to be able to easily send different emails to 5 distinct groups of contacts each month for my Patreon digital rewards. The ease of use of the site and the fact that Sendinblue has a robust free tier has made me decide to close my Mailchimp account and import all of my business contacts to Sendinblue. Pros I love having the ability to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and also the feature that tracks opens and clicks on the campaigns I send so I can see how effective my email are. I am also able to group my contacts easily. This is crucial because my clients get different content depending on their subscription level on my Patreon page. No contact limits even for the free version. All this functionality at the free tier is amazing. Bye-bye, Mailchimp! Cons The only thing I'd change is the 300 contact limit per day for outgoing emails, but since I'm using the free service I can't really complain. I can still break my campaigns up over a few days. Pros When switching from my current email provider, Sendinblue seemed like the perfect alternative—rather than pay based on email addresses stored, you could pay based on use. There is a huge market for this type of arrangement for small businesses that may have a larger subscriber base that they communicate with infrequently. For this reason I thought Sendinblue offered great value for my exact needs. Cons Uploading addresses and sorting fields and all of that made sense and worked. It wasn't completely seamless, but it was easy enough. However, to then actually get your email addresses and account verified and authorized to send out emails was a nightmare. Tech support sent out the barest hint of a reply to queries about what had gone wrong and provided no actual help in troubleshooting how to finish the last step of verification before you can send your first email. After asking several times for support, and troubleshooting for \*months\*, I stuck with my current provider rather than risk a non-responsive and faulty service.. Es kommt auch auf das Thema der Kampagne an... Die Hälfte meiner Kontakte wurde absichtlich und ohne Grund als "abgelehnt" markiert. Sie haben mir nicht erlaubt, wieder E-Mails an diese Kontakte zu senden. Dadurch habe ich eine Menge Zeit verloren. Ihr Support besteht darin, dass sie die gleiche E-Mail immer wieder kopieren.
