It's an excellent email marketing and customer engagement tool with the capability to personalize messages and automatically send them to your customers, based on their behavior. Pros The best thing about Send in Blue is that the subscription is based on the number of emails sent, not the number of contacts maintain as with most other services. For a membership associations, this means you can limit you costs by maintaining a large list of prospective members without necessarily have to email them repeatedly to get your money's worth. In the legal profession, bombarding members and prospects with emails is not an effective tactic. Our subscription lets us do the right number of mailings each month regardless of whether we are sending to the entire list or smaller segments. Cons List management is a little difficult -- if you need to do a major update I've found it's better to prepare the files on your own and upload rather than trying to edit through the user interface. November 4, 2022 4.0 Pros Sendinblue is super fast to deliver the email to all the members and helps us track the effectiveness of the campaign. It also helps manage the member in the contact database so that we can send email to the targeted group without searching for each of them. It is even easy to create and design a newsletter. It also provides a SMS campaign and Facebook Ads campaign but we have not used them yet. Cons We are on the free plan right now so there is just the limitation of 300 emails per day else it meets all our requirements for keeping our members updated. Pros Customer service was much better than other ESPs I have tried; This is the only ESP that provides the ability to use SMS in marketing; Automation and segmenting was easy; Designing attractive emails with photos and graphics was easy; The ability to use for free until you grow enough to need more Analytics are good Cons I haven’t run across any problems yet, but I’m a fairly new user. I will need to monitor in the future to see if how many of the emails are getting through, getting opened and clicked on. I think many marketers who are not that good with computers will find sendinblue simple and effective tool for there job.
