### "Mailchimp's smarter, more efficient cousin!"

May 15, 2026

5.0

Great. Especially after pleasantly encountering a serious, Indian (did not expect in a predominantly European product!), helpful Senior Executive who understood my concern and had a soluion ready. Setting up was easy and using the product has been a good experience.

Pros

Perfect campaign tool for SMBs. Mailchimp but more economical, more efficient. A leap foward from the original Sendinblue product, feature packed and did I say economical?

Cons

Not a dealbreaker but the UI could be more premium, features less jam packed and more integrated with actual user workflow. The pricing page is confusing. When I see Rs. 625 in bold for a starter pack, I go to checkout page expecting to pay Rs. 625. But suddenly a calcualtion showing an unreasonable gap (1500 contacts -> directly 50,000 contacts) appears on the checkout page which sort of drains a person's intent to go ahead with the purchase! The >100% of the product subscription price tag for removing Brevo branding (Rs 750 -> Rs. 625) was somewhat surprising.

### "Simple and Reliable Platform for Email Marketing"

May 27, 2026

4.0

Overall, the experience with Brevo has been positive. It helped us manage email marketing, customer engagement, and campaign communication in one place. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and suitable for growing businesses looking for a cost-effective marketing solution.

Pros

Brevo is easy to use and works well for email campaigns and customer communication. The platform is simple to manage, and the automation features save a lot of time. It is also more affordable compared to many other tools.

Cons

Some advanced features take time to understand in the beginning. The reporting section can also be improved with more detailed insights and a smoother interface

### "Waste of my money and my time"

May 7, 2026

1.0

I have tried repeatedly to contact Brevo by both phone and email but unfortunately have received little meaningful support. Phone calls go unanswered, and there is not even an option to leave a voicemail. The email responses appear to be automated, typically asking for additional details while thanking me for my patience, despite the information already provided. At this point, I feel as though I have made a donation to the company rather than a worthwhile investment in my business.

Pros

At this point, I cannot say there is anything I have liked about Brevo. Their marketing strategy appears promising; however, their product and customer service have been virtually nonexistent.

Cons

I signed my contract with Brevo on October 22, 2025, and paid the $249.00 fee to gain access to the network. Since then, I have received only one referral, and unfortunately, it was not a valid lead. For the past several weeks, I am not even able to log into the site

### "Overall, a great experience with a new email provider"

May 19, 2026

4.0

I like the pricing, the options, the features that come with the small business tier. I also really enjoy the simplicity of creating an email from scratch and the extra design options I never got with other email providers. I like their templates, though some aspects can be difficult to edit if you don't outright remove the item and replace it with something else/start over in the area. Despite some difficulties in getting started, I consider it a learning curve and I'm very happy with everything once I got the hang of using it. Would definitely recommend.

Pros

I love the customer service and the ease of creating emails with the block builder. The operators were very helpful with getting our account verified and helping me navigate the rules, dashboard, and subscriber management. The block builder for creating emails from scratch is easy to use and has many features I enjoy. I also like some of their email template styles. They're good starters if you need a boost in creativity, but you're also welcome to just create one from scratch yourself.

Cons

The left-hand menu and contacts list. The menu is a little bulky, some things are not found where I expected them to be. Like wanting to delete non-subscribers simply by deleting a list but finding I needed to use one of many confusing filters or to delete by selecting them one at a time from contacts instead. The contact list vs. the automatically created lists can be confusing when I expected them all in one spot. I also didn't want to include any non-subscribers or "blocklisted" people to my contacts but that was automatically added when connected to our Shopify store. It had me concerned that they would charge extra or consider our tier limit exceeded because of the extra contacts that we essentially cannot use. In Shopify, I created our signup form, but when adding it to our page, it was set to the right - even though I chose "centered" and tried every other option for it as well, it always stayed at the right. At some point, I'll have to add some code to make sure it goes to the center of our page. It feels like an unnecessary step. Also, when first experimenting, the email template I tried out was somewhat difficult to edit. It had text over a photo and it was somewhat difficult to access each layer on the editor. It didn't allow me to change the photo size/shape so I had to create a new graphic just for the template.

Reason for choosing Brevo

Because of your pricing, customer service, and ability to get us started after a very shocking departure from MailChimp, especially when all the other services wouldn't accept us. We're very grateful to have a new home at Brevo and will not be leaving unless their rules change overnight, too.

After 11-12 years of using them, they dumped us overnight without any warning simply because Intuit acquisitions bought them & we are kratom vendors. Apparently, Inuit is not okay with kratom vendors and that was a shock and inconvenience. Brevo was kind, quick, and clear about accepting us and the rules. I appreciate that.

### "Brevo has the Best Support Staff"

May 15, 2026

5.0

I learned a lot about getting a TFN number. It is not for the faint of heart, however that said,, Support through BREVO was intricate in this process to get the number I needed for my Members. I can't say enough good things about the Brevo Team.

Pros

Attention to detail, and what was needed next in the process of getting a TFN Number. This process was very stringent which is a good thing. \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me get across the finish line.

Cons

There were no cons. They were always in touch with me throughout the whole process. I need to thank \[sensitive content hidden\] for their due diligence and staying with me throughout the whole process.

### "Excellent Platform with Top-Notch Customer Support!"

May 20, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Brevo has been fantastic. The tools are easy to set up for email management and marketing automation. On top of that, their customer experience team provides world-class service, making the entire user journey smooth and reliable.

Pros

The platform is very user-friendly and perfect for managing seasonal events or campaigns. What impressed me the most was their customer support. They are incredibly fast, understanding, and highly professional when handling user requests.

Cons

There is nothing much to dislike. It works perfectly for my marketing needs, though you just need to remember to manage your subscription plan if you only use it for temporary events.

### "Best Email Tool for allround performance"

May 8, 2026

5.0

Its been a long and never ending story with Brevo. It is an allround tool for my monthly email marketing which helps to keep in touch with my interactive audience.

Pros

Brevo is a cost-effective and an intuitive tool for marketing teams with best email management features. The UI and UX of the tool gives great feedback for the decision makers to create their content and send beautiful campaigns to the audience.

Cons

### "Reliable all-in-one email platform with a developer-friendly API"

April 30, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience has been excellent. Brevo handles both my transactional emails and marketing newsletters reliably, and the setup was straightforward. It does exactly what I need without forcing me into an expensive plan, and the platform has been stable in daily production use. I would happily recommend it to other developers and small business owners.

Pros

Brevo offers great value for money — the free tier is generous enough to get started without any upfront cost, which is ideal for small businesses and side projects. The API is well-documented and easy to integrate; I had transactional emails working in my Spring Boot app within an hour. The admin interface is clean and intuitive, and the drag-and-drop template editor makes it simple to design good-looking marketing campaigns without writing HTML by hand. Having both transactional email and marketing campaigns under one roof is also a big plus.

Cons

Honestly, very few complaints. The dashboard can feel a bit slow to load at times - but its my internet speed, I think.

### "Very good but too expensive"

I'm happy with everything except the price. I also like that their a European company and I can speak German with the support team.

Pros

The support is just the best I've ever experienced. The newsletter editor does what I need and everything looks neat.

Cons

The price is too high. I only sent a few newsletters per year and don't use any other features. So 34 EUR per month seems a bit out of proportion.

It has been a very positive experience over several years with regular useful feature and user interface updates.

Pros

Easy to use and customise to suit needs of a small not for profit organisation. Support very quick to respond to queries and also to advise of any temporary operational problems. Excellent value for money relative to feature set.

Cons

### "Brevo Review-Yinvesti Team"

November 20, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Brevo was positive and reliable. Once I learned where everything was, the platform made everyday tasks simple and consistent. I liked that it supported both basic needs and more advanced actions without forcing me to learn complicated systems. The workflow felt predictable which made it easier to plan and organize communications. Even with the small inconveniences I encountered, the benefits outweighed the frustrations. Brevo helped me stay organized and complete tasks that would have taken much longer elsewhere. I would describe the experience as dependable and helpful for managing communication in an efficient way.

Pros

I appreciated how straightforward Brevo was to use from the beginning. The layout is clean and the tools are organized in a way that makes sense even if you are not deeply experienced with email platforms. I found it helpful that creating campaigns felt quick and intuitive, especially when customizing messages or adjusting templates. The automations were also easy to set up and saved me time once everything was running. Brevo made it simple to manage contacts and keep everything in one place without feeling overwhelming. Overall it offered a practical experience that supported what I needed.

Cons

The main issue I ran into with Brevo was that some features required extra steps that felt a bit slower than they should have been. Certain customization options were available but not as flexible as I hoped, which led to a few moments of adjusting my approach to make things work. There were also times when the interface responded a little slower during heavier tasks. None of these problems were deal breakers, but they did interrupt the workflow on occasion. I felt that a bit more refinement in some tools would make the experience smoother.

### "Amazing - Very impressive to see what the progress "

November 10, 2025

5.0

As of now, one of the most solid ESPs out there, which not only produces an amazing front-end/UI experience but also delivers top-notch results on deliverability and acceptance by big providers.

Pros

There are plenty of good reasons to like—easy product, well-built and clean interface. What most companies fail at is keeping a product that is friendly to end-users, since they want to showcase many options. However, SendinBlue (now Brevo) provides an excellent, clean path for Marketing and User Management. To add that the price is fantastic for small and mid-sized companies. API access is very but very good very impressive, quick fyi for those whom needed it

Cons

I want to be able to add Marketeers and other users to the account without additional fees. I don't see the added value and it creates frustration to share a password.

### "Great fit for a smaller creator starting/scaling a small business"

August 22, 2025

5.0

Overall I'm very happy with Brevo. As a free user, I was able to do everything I needed, and as a paid user I get exactly what I pay for. I also feel I get the support I need when I run into issues, and I'm happy to see updates and fixes happening constantly which shows me they're improving the product constantly.

Pros

I've tried many CRM/email marketing platforms, and not all of them work for smaller creators like myself. I have found Brevo to be the best option for myself starting small and supporting me through growth. The free tier allows a healthy amount of daily emails that I was able to use before I had any revenue/paying customers, and then as I have grown into getting more valuable leads I happily went into the paid plan because it was right when I needed it. Every platform has a different pricing model and I found Brevo's to have a really reasonable point where you go to paid that makes sense. Others turn me off because you have to pay too early or too much in a way that doesn't match your business.

Cons

In my experience, none of these platforms are super easy to use, and Brevo is no exception. I found the contact attributes, automations, and forms features difficult to figure out (especially since they were transitioning to some new editors when I got the subscription) but I got there eventually. And to their credit, they do have good customer support.

We are a non-profit and Brevo fits our needs exceptionally well. I've used Brevo before in enterprise and agency situations. It continues to be a great choice for an ESP and provides a lot of value for the money.

Pros

The platform is easy to use. The UI is intuitive. Setting up the backend for deliverability is simple and thorough.

Cons

### "Straightforward Tool for Consistent Email Campaigns"

July 28, 2025

Overall, Brevo has been a dependable tool for managing our email marketing. The interface is straightforward, which makes it easy to train team members and launch campaigns quickly. We’ve seen consistent performance with deliverability and list management, which helps maintain trust with our audience. While more flexible reporting options would be helpful, the platform meets our needs and has been a solid choice for our marketing efforts.

Pros

Brevo’s platform is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to quickly create and manage campaigns without a steep learning curve. We’ve also seen excellent deliverability rates, which ensures our messages consistently reach and engage our audience.

Cons

### "Great Value for Money, Good Experience and Solid Deliverability"

July 20, 2025

Overall, my experience with Brevo had been positive. I love the Automation and it’s vsual workflow builder, the ready-made templates for journeys such as welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement and the awesome multi-step sequences across channels I have also found Brevo support staff to be responsive and quite efficient at sorting out my problems. All in all, I’m very happy and content with Brevo

Pros

### "Great Features with Room for UX Improvements"

June 6, 2025

4.0

Overall, my experience with Brevo has been very positive. It’s a reliable platform that brings together essential marketng tools email campaigns, automation, and CRM in a way that’s easy to manage and scale. While the user interface could use some refinement, the core functionality is strong, and we’ve seen clear improvements in engagement and workflow efficiency since adopting it. Support has also been responsive wenever we’ve needed help. It’s a solid choice for any team looking to streamline their customer communication.

Pros

The best thing about Brevo is how seamlesly it combines email marketing, automation, and CRM features in one easy-to-use platform. The drag-and-drop email builder is ituitive, and the automation workflows make it simple to create personalized experiences for different customer segments. I also really appreciate the high deliverability rates and detailed analytics. it helps us know what’s working and where to optimize.

Cons

The user experience could be improved in a few areas. Some parts of the interface feel a bit clunky or uninuitive, especially when navigating between campaigns, contacts, and automation workflows. ### "Loyal Brevo User in México"

March 11, 2026

5.0

Our experience has been very good. We had to stop our plan once for budget reasons, but so glad to be back. This platform is the absolute best for our business needs.

Pros

What I like the most about Brevo is that it charges me for how many emails I send, and not my database. I have a big database, but I'm actually a small business that does not send that many emails... So this pricing strategy by Bravo is just the best for our business. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. We have been with Brevo for a few years, and we have no intention to change anytime soon!

Cons

Templates and designs are maybe too basic, but it's not a big deal for us (a brand that just wants to communicate specific offers or news).

### "Reliable transactional email service with a generous free tier"

April 30, 2026

4.0

Overall, Brevo has been a valuable service for my business. I use it mainly for transactional emails from my online teaching platform, Good At English, and the free plan is currently enough for my daily needs. The SMTP service has improved the reliability of important emails compared with sending directly from my server. The logs are clear and helpful, especially when checking whether students, teachers, or admins received important notifications. I recently had an SMTP suspension issue, but after investigating the cause and explaining the fix, Brevo reactivated the account very quickly. That gave me confidence that their compliance/support team will review a case properly when clear information is provided. Overall, I would recommend Brevo for small businesses that need reliable transactional email and useful delivery logs, especially if they are starting with modest email volume.

Pros

Brevo’s free transactional email service is very useful for a small online teaching platform like mine. The 300 emails per day allowance is enough for my current needs, and it gives me room to grow without immediately needing a paid plan. The biggest benefit is email deliverability. Before using Brevo, important platform emails were less reliable, especially when sending to major providers such as Gmail and Hotmail/Outlook. Brevo has helped make class bookings, cancellations, reminders, password/OTP emails, and admin notifications much more dependable. The email logs are also very useful. I can quickly check whether a message was sent, delivered, opened, or rejected, which is important when running a live education website.

Cons

The main downside is that suspension messages could be clearer. When a transactional SMTP account is suspended, it can be stressful for a small business because important platform emails stop working immediately. In my case, I had to investigate the cause myself using server and Brevo logs before I understood what had happened. More detailed information about the triggering issue would make the process easier and faster.

### "Brevo Is a Must-Have Email Marketing Platform for Agencies"

June 4, 2025

5.0

We’ve had a great experience using Brevo. From onboarding to running complex automation flows, everything is seamless. The support team is helpful, and the overall performance of the platform has helped us improve our client retention and open rates significantly.

Pros

Brevo’s intuitive interface and automation tools have been a game-changer for our email marketing efforts at Mayday Internet. The drag-and-drop editor makes it incredibly easy to design professional emails, and the segmentation features help us send targeted campaigns that actually convert.

Cons

One small improvement would be adding a quick "refresh" button—similar to how Gmail does it—especially on campaign or contact pages. It would help see real-time updates without navigating away or manually refreshing the browser.

Pros

Easy to set up compared with last so called market leader I spent a week on. Had my list sorted and sent my campaign in a few hrs. Had some issues the Ai Assitant coulnt sort, had an email from support within a few hrs.

Cons

The Email pipeline a little learning curve, however the Ai Assistant did create one for me. Just need to spend more time

### "A powerful and accessible email marketing platform with room for clearer contact management"

May 18, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Brevo has been positive. The platform offers good value for money and provides many useful features for email marketing, sales communication, and automation. The email campaign creation process is straightforward, and the tools are powerful enough for professional use. However, I think the user experience could be improved when it comes to explaining recipient filtering, contact status, and deliverability rules. More detailed and visible explanations would help users understand why some contacts are excluded from a campaign. Despite this, Brevo remains a reliable and efficient solution for managing email communication and marketing campaigns.

Pros

Brevo is a complete and accessible platform for managing email campaigns. I appreciate the clear interface, the contact list management, the campaign editor, and the ability to centralize marketing emails, transactional emails, and automation in one tool. The platform is quite easy to use, even for users who are not email marketing specialists.

Cons

Some parts of the platform could be clearer, especially when managing contact lists and campaign recipients. For example, the difference between imported contacts, eligible recipients, blacklisted contacts, unsubscribed contacts, and filtered contacts is not always immediately obvious. When a campaign shows fewer recipients than expected, it can be difficult to quickly understand why.
