Easy to signup and user-friendly dashboard, 2. Multiple varieties of premade email templates, 3. Email and contact management system, 4. Feature to schedule and push bulk emails. 5. Possible integration with various applications. Cons When building a more sophisticated and automated email marketing approach, Sendinblue has a learning curve. Pros I appreciate that I was not suddenly banned for daring to share alternative facts during the scamdemic. I was booted from mailchimp for simply sharing information which did not conform with their masters at the WHO/WEF/NWO. Cons Interface is not as aesthetically pleasing as mailchimp. Director Information Technology and Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Straight forward and flexible Email Direct Marketing" November 30, 2021 5.0 Easy to navigate, setup and implement a campaign. Great, really great and detailed support - no fob offs. Just what I have been looking for. sendinblue makes me want to use the tool more and grow my and client's businesses. Pros The basics were easy to setup, and I could jump straight in and draft my first email with all the graphics needed. The Settings allow for a significant number of options that I could use including multiple senders in my organisation. I had a verification glitch and support were onto it right away without waiting for a day especially with different time zones considered. I also particularly like that sendinblue is Euro based and therefore fully compliant to EU legislation re privacy - a MAJOR and passionate issue for me. Cons The only 'cons' was some tricky setup of DNS pointers on my website, and making sure my domain emails don't go to spam, but this is to be expected initially. I don't particularly care for the SMS aspect as in AU/NZ we wouldn't dare use SMS as a marketing tool - best way to get blacklisted. Reason for choosing Brevo Simple and standout design. Pros I use SendInBlue mostly for SMTP authentication on all the WordPress websites I manage, and it works great! Smaller sites work well on the free plan, and larger sites (with more visitors) get the premium upgrade. I think the building blocks are there, and very good - which is why I'm sticking around to keep trying. I t's just a matter of turning them into a building I can use! Pros There seems to be really robust and a treasure chest full of automation features! I'm still figuring out their use and setting up the workflows. I have wasted a fair amount of time hopping around between automation, contacts, lists and templates. I have therefore found the flow between the modules a bit difficult to streamline and figure out. However, I'm hanging in there as I suspect the automation is really worthwhile - just need to past the new user syndrome! Cons Initial startup - getting going with a simple welcome subscriber automation took learning the intricacies of each category / module. And reworking them a few times. Your customer support team is awesome! There are also a number of articles on the refined features. However, crossing between the modules, and how best to use them takes a while to fiture out. A simple article based on the output function (not the features) would be very useful. E.g. "To send a welcome email setup a template here, create the workflow there, and manage the lists here. Then create a page on your website that goes to this link for the form." I'm also having some trouble with the RSS, I use duda which creates an RSS feed link I can't change, and it isn't accepted. We are happy to have it found out and that started using. So far, everything is working beyond expectations. Pros The biggest advantage of this platform is the integration between the SMS and email campaigns that can be run from within the system. While engaging with the target audience through these two channels - Sendinblue proved to be very effective platform. Furthermore, what I also love the most is the intuitive and vivid main interface that lays out all the necessary details you need about the campaigns. What's more, the platform has such good feature as intuitive email builder, unlimited contacts upload, automation, etc. Overall, it's very good tool to use, moreover, if you do this mixed (SMS+Email campaigns). Cons The only thing so far I disliked was re-activeness of the platform when it came to the point to send the emails. So, everything was ready and the platform then asked to verify the source of the email database. We do get it's totally right approach to avoid the spam databases, but we were totally mislead and basically were late to send out the campaign due to that. So, proactive messages about this while creating the campaigns would be good to have for other fellow marketers as we already learnt the lesson. Review Source François B. Cons One con I've found is that I can't find anywhere how to adjust the preview line to not show the intro of the e-mail, but just the preview line and I would have to pay extra to have a landing page to capture leads. I don't always know if a customer types/ writes their email correctly and for that I can get hurt. I will/ have deleted any blacklisted or hard bounced accounts in order to help that aspect. Pros I really liked that I could send over my contacts from my computer and it is easy to make a nice looking campaign. I love that I can see who views my emails and who unsubscribes and all that. It is very well put together in that aspect. The customer support was really professional and helped me figure out some things that I didn't understand. Cons I don't like that I had a huge list of people that I uploaded from our database and because I had someone do the emailing for me previously, I didn't know who was no longer using that email or possibly unsubscribed, that ultimately got my account suspended. I don't know how to go through and figure out what emails are good and what emails aren't easily other than to send out emails and get feed back. I don't want to have to spend extra money in order to be able to do this without my account getting suspended. Sendinblue fit the bill. I was able to use it easily and when I did have questions, the support team was quick to respond and very helpful. My email campaign looked great and was received by my contacts without any glitches. I would highly recommend it. I used to use Mailchimp which I dreaded, because it always resulted in a lot of frustration. In contrast, Sendinblue was a pleasure to use. Pros It was straightforward and not difficult to learn to use. Cons The meaning of some terms were not immediately apparent, but it wasn't a big problem. I attempted to use it for my most recent email campaign, but it proved impossible to even update a email address. It worked for the first one I needed to update, but wouldn't for the second one. It just kept reverting back to the old email address regardless of how many times I tried. At that point, I was fed up, so I tried to logout and it was practically impossible. The logout button was buried in some page that I only came upon accidentally. That's when I decided to delete my account and find a new programme. Cons Before I could ever try out their service I was notified that my account was suspended for a terms of service violation. Customer service informed me they could not offer any details on what, exactly, I had done to violate the terms of service just by opening an account. Luckily I had not wasted very much time importing my contacts or getting a campaign set up.
