We also want to mention that Brevo's customer support team is quick to answer and very understandable in their help. Support is responsive. I'd recommend it. Pros All-in-one. Automation, email sequences, tracking, analytics, and a simple CRM - all in one place. No need to juggle multiple tools. Support is solid too. They actually respond and help. Cons Nothing major so far. If I had to pick something, the email template editor could be smoother. But it's not a dealbreaker. From the email templates to the CRM, I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Pros I started using because I had problems sending emails from my website. I don't send out lots of emails but still wanted a solution that would work in case I started an email marketing campaign, which I do once a year. Turns out, Brevo solved both problems. It's inexpensive and the emails get delivered. What I like most: I'm managing everything with one software. I dont use all the features as we use Shopify to do a lot of the automation emails. Its a good CRM and email campaign platform. Pros suits out needs and is a great simple to use platform to store customer data and sales records linked to shopify and also send eDM campaigns. Cons Customer tags could be introduced. It works well with Canva and the design feature runs very similar making the utilization of the program easy and efficient. Not only did it allow us to mass mail to all our clients weekly news letters which cut our time in half but it also incorporates many other wonderful features that we were able to utilize right at the tips of our fingers without having to go through other companies.
