I really had not heard of SendInBlue before doing some reseach on Google, but tried them out and as immediately hooked on how it checked all of the boxes I needed for what Im doing. Pros Having used several other email management companies in the past, this was by far the most intuitive platform to use. They really simplified everything I need to do to send out an email for marketing purposes. Cons Having used this platform for only 3-4 months now, maybe I haven't used it enough to find something I don't like, but nothing that I've faced so far I would consider something I don't like or like least. I hadn't managed to find an alternative anywhere near as reasonably priced for over 10k subscribers and counting. Pros I like that I can add as many contacts as I like broken into sections like nationality or products purchased. Good value for my amount of contacts compared to many other tools I googled. Like the schedule feature which on other platform hikes the price up quite a lot. Cons I was worried at first about the time lapse between adding new contacts and being able to email them. However the support replied to me within a very short time and I managed to send my first canpaign the very same day. I understand they have to verify my account for legal reasons. When I discovered 's "Send in Blue," I saw an opportunity to experiment with this type of marketing. Cons Dealing with the menu can be challenging. But the highlight of the product is its Support staff! They were great and made the difference for me to stay a happy user! Pros Great UI with very easy to implement APIs and packed full of features. I've been using SendInBlue for a good few years now and would strongly recommend to anyone needing an email sending service. We found Sendinblue and it worked well enough for our needs. It has a functional campaign editor that is a bit glitchy and not as polished. But usable enough! Their API (we use the Ruby gem) is simpler to use than Mailchimp with on feature clearly lacking: we cannot register our subscribers server-side AND send an opt-in. Pros It's cheaper than Mailchimp for our list size. Cons The campaign editor is glitchy. I addressed the issue but the devs had other priorities than details (understandably). The API doesnt support server-side double-op-in subscriber registration, but is overall easier than Mailchimp's. I was having one issue and I thought I would be given instructions on how to fix it and then spend a lot of time fixing the process, but instead I was told what the problem was and they fixed it for me! Pros I love how easy it is to design an email using the provided templates. I also love how I can save blocks that I use all the time and easily insert them into an email. I really like being able to link all my socials and my shop right into the emails that I send to customers. I was surprised that I was able to design my own custom sign up, that's something I wasn't able to do with the two previous email marketing providers I was using. Cons I love that transactional emails are available, but they don't integrate with Etsy. The only thing that would make Sendinblue perfect, for me at least, would be to integrate with Etsy. J'ai pu réaliser un formulaire à insérer sur mon blog, qui me permet de récolter les adresse mail de mes lecteurs en respectant scrupuleusement la réglementation RGPD et le confort des lecteurs. Pros La fonction drag&drop pour la création de campagnes rend le tout très simple. Les scénarios d'automation déjà préparés sont très utiles quand on débute. Ils ont lancé une academy pour expliquer le rôle de l'emailing et comment se servir de Sendinblue que j'ai beaucoup aimé. C'est en français! super avantage quand on débute et qu'on a besoin d'aide. La version gratuite propose largement de quoi se lancer, avec les services qu'on peut espérer d'un répondeur. J'ai pu tester le service client que je trouve vraiment très réactif, c'est très appréciable! Cons Je n'aime pas la gestion des listes de contacts, j'ai du mal à m'y retrouver.
