Sendinblue is a user-friendly platform, with all the resources I need and absolutely efficient and easy to use. Their team members are polite, warm, and respectful, which makes any contact soft and light. The templates are great and easy to choose, with excellent results in all kinds of display - mobile phone, desktop, iPad. I absolutely recommend it. Pros It helped me doing something I have never done before: a mailing list. This is no easy task for a newbie. But it was easy with this software, even importing my contacts—they gave me precise instructions on how to save and adapt the file to the upload, so everything runned smoothly. The email template is very handy too. Cons I use the free version because I do not need more than what it offers, but I think it could send more than 300 mails a day—500 seems more fair. Switched from [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) I could never get through the registration on their software, my address was not recognized. Office Administrator Religious Institutions Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Keeping Us Together" January 12, 2021 4.0 Our church needed an inexpensive, reliable way to communicate with congregants urgently when in-person worship was suspended due to covid-19. Sendinblue provided us with that platform. We send 3 campaigns over 2 days each week - Tuesdays is for church/community news, Thursdays is for worship materials and announcements. So far, we've been able to accomplish everything we need to. The customer service @ Sendinblue is FANTASTIC. They responded quickly, addressed the issue and resolved the problem in a timely manner, allowing us to send our weekly messages on time! Pros Ease of use; variety of layout options for free version. Also that we can tell exactly who's soft/hard bounces so we can forward the information to them another way. Cons Don't like how you can't print a full-paper-width version; the type is very small and you can't "fix" margins on printed versions so images and text don't get cut off between pages. Wish there was a way to attach more than one file to a campaign. Wish you could import Tiff images. Everything has to be converted into a jpeg using another software program first. Pros The fact that once I got set up their software integrated with my WooCommerce site and I was able to send emails to my customers. Cons I didn't like the fact that their verification sms/texts didn't reach me. Reason for choosing Brevo SendinBlue had a customer service that was accessible and once I explained my situation to them that I couldn't send email because I wasn't activated., they wanted me to complete my profile. So I explained to them that I couldn't complete my profile because their verification texts didn't reach my phone. once i explained that to me they responded quickly and asked for my phone number and did the verification for me, which allowed me to get set up and send emails. La partie automatisation et création de scénarios est plutôt bien développée et fonctionnelle également. L'outil permet l'AB testing et la partie statistiques est assez complète pour améliorer les performances de campagnes. Cons Les intégrations avec wordpress et d'autres CMS sont quelques peu limitées et l'on a du mal à se pluger si l'on manquer de compétences. La partie tracking n'est pas la plus complète non plus. Helped me with a weird issue when I had too many unsubscribes in a campaign but it was fixed and I was back on the campaigns within a few minutes. Very responsive support and I love the software. Pros This software is a great way for me to keep in touch with and market to my customers. Importing my database of contacts was easy and sending out email campaigns is quick and painless. I can schedule them to go out when I want and divide into different customer groups. It does everything I need and I can upgrade for a little more and get even more features as my business grows. Cons My only complaint is when looking to see what lists of customers I’ve sent a campaign to I have to click and open a report. I wish I could see that detail on the summary page. But that’s a very minor inconvenience. I have no real complaints about this software. November 15, 2016 4.0 We took up Send in Blue after working with Mailchimp for about three years. We had no issues with Mailchimp aside from the cost and the fact that it wasn't based in the EU, which after Safe Harbour was abolished and due to Mailchimp being base in the US, made it a service which breached Data Protection guidelines for Academic Institutions. SendinBlue offers most of the features offered by Mailchimp, and its automation feature in some ways is superior to Mailchimp's. The only issues we came across were to do with the Email design interface - ok, but not quite as polished as Mailchimp's. Also, the Transactional Email API, although good and less expensive than Mandrill, wouldn't work with our in-house CRM (more a limitation of the CRM than SendinBlue, but still an issue). It's that limitation which prevented me from giving SiB 5 stars. Overall, and despite those minor gripes, SendinBlue is an excellent service that I have no problem in recommending to others. Pros Good interface, no limit on the number of email addresses - a good alternative to Mailchimp's subscriptions-based pricing. Cons The Email designer interface isn't quite as easy to use as Mailchimp's, but it's not a terrible interface by any means. I have been able to manage creating and sending campaigns really without relying on Sendinblue's Customer Support for added instruction. Pros I was most impressed with Sendinblue's overall ease of use which includes all aspects of creating and implementing a marketing campaign. From importing email addresses to actually sending the emails and finally reporting the impact of the campaign. Sendinblue makes it easy to understand and steps you through the process from start to finish in clear, easy to understand steps. Cons I would like to see the process for adding new email addresses to a mailing list and resending a campaign made to where emails to new addresses added to an existing campaign could be sent instead of duplicating the entire campaign as is the process today. If email addresses could be marked as "sent" so new addresses could be filtered for sending that would make managing campaigns much easier. Today, I send the same campaign to different smaller email lists instead of a single long one. This means I need to duplicate the same campaign over and over every time I want to send to a different email list. After a few times, SendinBlue comes up with an upgrade for a dedicated server, but that is too expensive for our customers. this is also perceived as user-friendly by us and our customers: unexpected costs. a managersaccount for all our customers (more than 10 and stil growing) is very expensive because we have small companies as customers. It's good to have multichannel marketing providing email marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, live chat, and even a built-in CRM, all in one platform. It offers a free plan with unlimited contacts and 300 emails per day with marketing automation included. Cons The template library is still limited as compared to other similar software.
