Pros Avant de débuter sur Sendinblue, j'ai regardé des tutos et assisté à une visio gratuite de l'utilisation de cet outil. J'ai pu posé des questions en ligne et avancer pas à pas. J'ai pu envoyer un mail jusqu'à 300 contacts par jour. E les fois où je me suis trouvée bloquée, j'ai contacté par mail le service clients qui est très réactif, compréhensif de la difficulté rencontrée et à même d'apporter une solution. Parfait et merci à l'équipe Sendinblue ! Cons Pas si facile que ça de créer sa maquette de mail (en combinant les blocs textes et images), mais on finit par y arriver ! The account validation took too long that my account expired by the time validation was completed. And they have no refund policy. So, i lost my money. May be thats the reason why their service is so cheap. Pros I dont know about the pros because I was unable to send out the mail campaign. I wouldn't recommend send in blue's service because of the risk of loosing money. Cons long validation process no refund pathetic customer care. Cons I have not been able to think of something wrong with Sendinblue, it has so many good things and special features that make your work much easier, at a more affordable cost than other similar software. Dopo qualche ora, tramite email, mi vengono chieste alcune informazioni sulla provenienza dei contatti e sulla nostra azienda (SRL Service Partner Volkswagen presente sul mercato dal 1999! - quindi azienda referenziata). Rispondo all'email come da indicazioni... Attendo due giorni e nessuna risposta... Entro nell'area clienti per aprire una segnalazione e trovo un ticket in stato di "attesa risposta da parte del cliente" riportante lo stesso testo dell'email. Rispondo anche a questo, sollecitando un riscontro che attendevo da due giorni... A questo punto, tramite ticket, inizio a ricevere richieste assurde per dimostrare la genuinità della provenienza dei contatti, fino a chiedermi di inviare "una prova di un form di raccolta conforme al gdpr dove i questi contatti hanno accettato di ricevere i suoi sms." Alle mie rimostranze e alle richiesta di delucidazioni (sarà poi responsabilità mia se conduco campagne marketing non conformi al gdpr) il simpatico operatore, trattandomi alla stregua di un mentecatto e senza preavviso, risponde riaccreditandomi la somma versata e non abilitando il servizio SMS sul mio account. Alla mia ulteriore richiesta di spiegazioni il simpatico operatore, trattandomi nuovamente alla stregua di un mentecatto, mi ripete semplicemente che il servizio SMS non è stato abilitato e che ha provveduto al riaccredito. Ma dai? Forse al simpatico operatore non è chiaro Pros La semplicità d'uso e la possibilità di poter fruire di più servizi in unico portale (email e SMS). Prezzi convenienti. Pros I most liked the fact that the free, entry-level, features that were offered provided everything that I needed to create email lists, generate interactive content and send batches of emails. It allowed me, as a start-up company, to fully test the concept and responsiveness of using direct email to get my business known. The only restriction placed on me was a limit of 300 emails per day and I received no pressure to switch to a paid service. Such a commitment to giving budding entrepreneurs a real leg-up to begin email marketing in their early days deserves wide support. The unexpected coronavirus situation has put a severe dent in my plans, but I know which company will get my business as soon as I am in a position to go full-steam-ahead!
