Daran hat sich auch nach Umstellung auf SIB nichts geändert. Cons Leider sind die Funktionen, die über das reine Erstellen und (auch gut segmentierte) Distribuieren von Email Marketing Kampagnen hinausgehen, noch ausbaufähig. Man sieht die Bemühungen von SIB an der Stelle, doch derzeit kann ich hier nicht viel Positives sagen. They allow you to send many emails and the prices are very good. Pros It was easy to upload email lists. I like the data it gives back for who clicks on the emails. It gives you feedback on A/B testing. Setting up the email template is easy! Cons Figuring out the time to send can be confusing if you don't know your time zones because they are 6 hours ahead. The first time I used it, I overlooked a step and support responded very quick and I was able to send out my campaign in a timely way. I really like the simplicity while getting all the features I need and some I haven't been able to use yet. Pros It's simple and easy to get going and starting out. It is focused on email marketing so it doesn't complicate things with lots of other features. In addition, it has a text messaging option. Cons It's not really a con, but because I had moved from using other software, I had to adjust how I interfaced with the software. However, I quickly got the hang of it. Reason for choosing Brevo I don't remember the others I considered, outside of the ones I had switched from. I decided to try SendInBlue because it has the free option with great features that will allow me to scale up as my business grows. I have now chosen it primarily because it is uncomplicated, therefore easy to use, and customer service is good. I switched to another platform after only a few weeks using this. Pros Some of the features you find in the free version are advanced ones, like automations or segmenting of the audience. That's a plus because most of the competition wants quite a lot of money for those. Cons The landing page editor is not the best one around, the email editor is a bit glitchy at times and quite limited. Overall, I didn't find the UI the most user friendly out there. Finally, the paid version it's a bit expensive compared to other alternatives. The statistics on open and click rates are great to have as well. Pros The emails look great coming out of the system and the template builder was intuitive and easy to use. Cons It took a few tries to get the API up and working and the issues we did have was by trying to be overly complicated with the templates we were setting up initially. Pros We use SendInBlue mostly for transactional e-mails on https://www.fiksi.nl. The API seems rock solid with great response times. Pretty amazing at this price point. Cons The interface for setting up templates seems to be a little laggy. Furthermore we do miss functionality to set up master templates which can be used to generate new empty templates. I use Sendinblue for all my bulk email newsletters. Register and start free and upgrade as needed. No pressure from Sendinblue.com. Just a great service. Pros Sendinblue is a complete email marketing solution that I'm able to use for my marketing campaigns. We moved from another client that was just too clunky. There was a slight learning curve for some, but overall we were able to adapt quickly. Customer Service has been VERY attentive and patient. Pros As a event facility, we needed an all in one platform that wouldn't break the bank. We love the SMS feature that allows us to get the attention of our staff for special campaigns. Cons The only amedity missing from the platform are predesigned email templates. Not everyone is code capable and to have some generic forms for the team to use within their departments would be great. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it would be a nice touch. Pros Very easy to use. Basic email building is very simple to get started. The price for the product is very good compared to similar software. Cons It does not have all the integrations that similar products that Mailchimp has. Reporting is also not as robust as other offerings.
