Pros The biggest reason I was drawn to consider this platform is that there is an unlimited contact list. Cons There actually is a capacity on the number of emails sent per month, and each person who receives an email in a campaign is considered an email. So it is actually somewhat limiting depending on the number of recipients you have. Pros There were two things that attracted me to Sendinblue. One, the price and the other the ability to send SMS. Many of my readers have expressed interested in hearing updates via SMS, and now I can do it. My previous marketing mailer was really getting expensive. Cons While I am still figuring things out, I would like to be able to easily send SMS to other countries with a single click, as of now I haven't figured out how to do that. It doesn't seem to recognize different county codes. I like how hard it is for me to identify which "one" thing that is great; it's an entirely unproblematic system. Cons There are some features that require customer support to set up, and sometimes that can take a while to coordinate through email tickets. My partner and I have plans to acquire paid plans from Sendinblue according to the needs of our business in the future. Pros I can point out more than one positive feature of the tool. Besides having a great choice of features for editing email layout, all of them easy to use. The tool also called my attention to the level of information in the reports. Cons It would be interesting to have more accessible packages for SMS campaigns, so that the user has greater access to this experience, even to decide which path to take according to their needs.
