Cons Brevo offers No telephone help which in aftermath might have resolved my problem more quickly. Might have. I run into troubles and my account was suspended (totally legitimately), brevo support team helped me by providing steps I should take to have my account restored. After I followed steps my account was restored in 15 minutes. Pros Easy start, good functional, I'm happy with transactional emails. Cons I haven't find downsides yet. But I only used it for transactional emails like account email confirmation and notifications.
