It’s a really good choice / functionality with transparent T&Cs . I would consider using to be an advantage for any organisation that requires transparent and simple transactional mail logs. The facility to use templates is really helpful if you need to hit the floor running. Pros I find the email transactional logs to be super helpful . The set up is really easy with very intuitive examples and instructions. The support is first class if you need it . This has been a huge help with creating. It's easy to use and lots of options. Cons The web editor can get a bit glitchy with formats, but that's just how they are. It can be a little annoying when adding contacts and having to repeat details when adding multiple people for a new client organisation.
