Companies with resources can pay and have professional people to set things right on no time, but non profit organizations are a different story. These problems are actually outside , but they may affect on the choice of a mailing client. I did try a few alternative solutions. Pros It's a versatile product and it really works. The help functions are excellent. For the user experience, everything related to the templates is very central, although I understand that thinking about the complex application as a whole, they are just one small feature. Cons For an inexperienced user, there is something unintuitive in the logic of sending emails. I had to go back and forth to find the correct settings. It's probably related to the separation of building templates and sending the actual emails. It's fantastic to be able to sort the contact list by different criteria so you can send emails to the right people. It has other cool features that we don't use right now, but they're there. I can easily leverage communications across numerous channels by sharing your content on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. In addition to marketing and constituent communications, we use it for all other forms of email outreach. Pros The ability to examine contact-specific metrics from email campaigns, such as who opened the email, who didn't, who clicked on the link, etc., is one of my favorite features of this platform. I can also see how well your campaign is doing because it automatically tracks its results. When it comes to email templates, you have a lot of choices. I like how easy it is to change the layout, color scheme, fonts and backgrounds. The interface is intuitive, and your work is saved in its current state if you need to pause in the middle of the process. Cons Creating an email may require some graphic design skills.
