Il faut dire que les sections contacts et campagnes sont simple d'utilisation. Une vrai valeur ajouté pour notre entreprise de collaborer avec Sendinblue, car nous avons des analyses complètes de nos mailings et on voit l'impact sur nos clients , cela permet de voir ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne marche pas. Le support ( service client ) est très réactif et toujours à m'écoute. Cons Pas vraiment de soucis , mais plusieurs problèmes lors de gros envois, certains numéros sont blacklistés. Pros Our previous EDM system would allow us to authenticate our email's and as a result our emails were being downgraded. Once we did the IP authentication process it increased our delivery rates significantly. The IP Authentication process was semi-automated and easy to understand. While searching on google, we got the suggestion of Sendinblue at first place always. I liked the ease of using it, they have free tier to start with. Pros I have been using this service since 9 months now and trust me I have very habituated to it now. We have got suggestions to shift to MailChimp, we tried it, still came back to Sendinblue. Because we are comfortable already and do not want any adventure. The best feature I love about is even beginners can save the templates and for their monthly/ weekly subscribers. It is a must have tool for everyone. Currently my team is using their 'Lite' plan which will cost as low as 1500/m and provide you with unlimited sends that too daily, Isn't it awesome. Cons Well it just serve its purpose finely, but I still expect them to provide templates to be embedded directly into websites. The plugins are only available in CMS site, but should be available for custom platforms to. Developer APIs is something that needs to be worked upon. However, I have no complaints with that. I'm not saying it works well, but it does work. Cons Where can I start? SIB has been a pain since the beginning. My company used to use them for email marketing, campaign management, and customer database but after 2 years we moved everything except for the transactional emails over to Square...and since them it has been blissful. SIB has a lot of bugs, issues, and isnt really user-friendly. If you have a built from scratch website you will more than likely need to hire a professional if you re using SIB.
