Pros

We are using Sendinblue for automated emails, support is helpful when setting up an account. Great templates builder. Also, it can be integrated with your CRM via Zapier. Perfect for us.

Cons

What I didn't like is that when we were supposed to launch a campaign, the account got suspended for additional verification. Support was unresponsive for about 10 hours and we have to use another ESP.

Very positive.

Pros

Very high value. Very good customer service. The delivery rate seems to be very good. It does everything that I currently need, but it appears that it can do more than I know how to do with it yet. I'm interested in delving into the other things available.

Cons

Some of the user interface feels clunky to me, but it may be that I am used to my previous email program and haven't got used to it yet.

De manière globale, le logiciel est vraiment l'un des meilleurs pour la gestion des e-mailings, simple, beau, intuitif, je ne peux que le recommander.

Pros

Le logiciel est très simple et ce focalise sur les outils les plus performants, pas besoin de passer 10 ans à faire des formations, on comprend très vite comment fonctionne SEndinblue et comment l'utiliser. En une petite heure, mon premier mail est terminé.

Cons

Pour moi l'outil manque de module complémentaire permettant de gérer intégralement le marketing de mon entreprise en interne.

Pros

It looks like a fairly intuitive interface if you can get past the lack of customer service!

Cons

Before I could ever try out their service I was notified that my account was suspended for a terms of service violation. Customer service informed me they could not offer any details on what, exactly, I had done to violate the terms of service just by opening an account. Luckily I had not wasted very much time importing my contacts or getting a campaign set up.

C'est une solution made in France, ce qui était important pour nous. Nos données sont sécurisées et la plupart des fonctionnalités sont accessibles.

Cons

Sendinblue a récemment changé son créateur de newsletter et celui-ci n'est clairement pas optimisé pour le moment. Les options ne sont pas assez poussées pour répondre à nos besoins. Les tarifs ont également augmentés.

### "SendinBlue: powerful marketing system "

SendinBlue is recommended to those teams that focus on large-scale marketing, but have few members. This is because in this way it is much simpler to be able to focus on the progress of one of the colleagues, and thus verify their work with greater comfort, without worrying about large numbers of workers.

Pros

We like being able to segment our drip campaigns depending on the type of audience we want to target as an organization. SendinBlue leaves within our reach a wide range of functions to edit the mail tray, allowing us to even work with them in a shared way (excellent for group work) and to be able to monitor the trajectory of each mail we send.

Cons

We found it really fascinating to be able to edit transactional reports within the platform, as there are many templates for it, and it also provides us with a fabulous system to filter spam messages. It is for this and much more that there is nothing negative with SendinBlue. It is a really flawless marketing software.

We use and love great automation module. It is very easy to make automation and manage it. I really love graphic interface of automation.

Pros

Architecture and core ideas of Sendinblue are great! This guys know what they doing about email marketing. Process of integreation was very easy. We seamlessly integrated it in about two days with our platform. API is very cool and API documentation is clear as well. Core ideas such as lists, marketing and transactional type of mails are very useful and help us to maintain great email processess. Pricing is very flexible and soft, it perfectly fits our needs and growing plan. I think pricing is best on market now. My favorite thing about Sendinblue is great support team. This guys are always on air and happy to help with any question.

Cons

No such things. I really like all edges of this product.

### "From a Former Programmer & GUI Designer"

I am really happy I switched from MailChimp to Sendinblue. You are saving me a LOT of money each month and I really appreciate that. Because of the cost savings, I have been willing to spend some time learning to use your software. The main difficulty I have is the result of non-compliance with Graphical User Interface (GUI) standards. Nasa did much research, in the past, on how users process information and that resulted in Microsoft, back in the 1990s, developing a set of GUI standards. When followed, users feel very comfortable and always know, intuitively, how things get done with a piece of software. You have not always followed those standards, so one must poke around, try things, create tech support tickets, and wait for answers. All of which has taken me more time than I would have liked during my get-up-to-speed phase. But, now that I know how to navigate your environment, I'm quite happy. Not everyone, however, is a former programmer. So not everyone will come to your site, use it with ease, and sign up. In other words, the difficulty of use with the software will, in my opinion, cause you to loose customers. There is still one big "got-ya" for me. And that is backing out a change. The lack of an "Undo" feature. If I add a box, then decide I don't need it after all, I must delete the box. There is no Undo I can use. If I add a jpg, then decide another would look better. There is no way to Undo the action. I have learned I can simply drag another jpg over the original, but again, that took me awhile to figure out. So, in summary, my suggestion would be to do a bit of research about GUI standards and slowly enhance the product to bring it up to par. And also to add an Undo feature. There used to be a nifty little product called "GUI Guidelines". I just googled the name, but evidently the company went out of business. So, if my ideas hit home with you, probably the best bet would be to read up on Microsoft GUI standards, as they developed the standard.

En general me gusta mucho. Estuve usando Mailchimp pero me decepcionó su compleja plataforma. Disfruto más Sendinblue por ser intuitiva y práctica además que lo explican tooodo y en español. Me encanta Sendinblue.

Pros

Intuitivo, sencillo, elegante, en mi idioma, nada rebuscado. Opciones prácticas y sencillas. Me parece una gran herramienta para enviar correos. Me gusta que se entiende muy bien el proceso. Me encantó.

Cons

Que no tiene formato pop up. Esto es muy bueno porque atrae más la atención del internauta para suscribirse y generar más leads. También las integraciones en Zappier en su mayoría cobran y esto lo hace menos atractivo sobre todo para países en LATAM

Porque me pareció complicado, además de que todo es alerta amarilla y bloqueo. Hay que mandar documentos para que vean que una es dueña y en lo que responden, tardan mucho. Por otro lado es complicado hacer formularios y el traductor automático, nunca sirve. No pude cambiar el Subscribe, por Suscribirse. Mi idioma es español y aunque hablo inglés, mi público no necesariamente. Mailchimp hace cambios cada rato y no explica y no tienen traducción inmediata. Fue muy engorroso y aburrido. Me urgía resolver también para un cliente ( porque soy community manager también) y les recomendé plataforma de marketing. Sendinblue fue la mejor opción en muchos aspectos. Mil gracias

Brevo formally know as Sendiblue has been very resourceful to our organization. The user interface is friendly, it has good automation features and also supports sms marketing besides email marketing.

Cons

After using other softwares, I discovered that this software is some how limited in analytics. Hope that's looked into in the nearest future.

Active Campaing me pare que tiene precios muy elevados , pagaba por contactos y no por envíos, así que en ocasiones sentía que pagaba aún sin usarlo. Mailrelay tenía algunos detalles en los que mis campañas llegaban con días de retraso a mis contactos, la configuración fué complicada.

Perfect all-in-one marketing tool for creating CRM system and sending automatized campaign mails.

Pros

Brevo contains a bunch of tools for marketing. I use the mailing in connection to our campaigns. Your can import your contact and then send emails automatically. Brevo also provides a simple interface for creating modern emails. You are able to use the benefits from the API to integrate mailing with another products.

Cons

The API is not the best one I have ever seen. It can be a bit complicated to set up automatizations.

The menu is easy and intuitive, the interface is clean, it allows people who do not have much knowledge to interact easily from the beginning.

Its soon but I only have good things to say. Even the support team was wonderful (and quick!).

Pros

I'm still mesmerise on how simple it was to set up our first email. We've previously try other to services and it was so complicated to understand how to import and clean contacts. And, by the way.. i'm using the free. Can't wait to check on metrics and improve from there. I can see ourselves upgrade our account very soon.

Cons

As it was so easy to start our first campaign, i'm worried that i'm missing something on type of metrics we can get from the software. Still, it's too soo to bother about that.

I'd the sense of HubSpot power (its an amazing product), yet I always felt overwhelming with all the things I could/ should do to start. That's the thing, we our two designer and we just wanted to start... nothing fancy just start, and we did with HubSpot but then... nothing happen, too much to look at. Then we heard about Sendinblue. Its beennnn easy! Now we're wondering how we can mix CRM abilities with our project management tool ClickUp. About Mailchimp... yea, never again.

We initially started looking for a way to send weekly newsletters to our clients, but none of us (in-house) is a designer nor we are very creative tbh (we are mostly finance geeks)... That being said.. we decided to look for a software which would make it easy for us to edit templates and easily create a weekly newsletter with a little bit of advertising for our clients to see.. After a little bit of trial & error (with other softwares), we found sendinblue and decided to give it a try: from day one, it has been easy to work with the platform (for all of us!). Uploading our client base & editing and creating new campaigns has become a cool task for us internally.. all of a sudden we actually love using it and we are getting great feedback from our clients and internal staff!

Pros

1) It's templates make it easy for us to create new campaigns. 2) Importing our client base and getting started with our first campaign sent was super easy. 3) It's pretty cool and helpful having the analytics to show us how many people opened/clicked/interacted with our campaign.

Cons

I haven't found a bug or something I don't really like about Sendinblue yet, I promise.

We didn't have a good experience with freelancers, none of us internally is good at Photoshop/InDesign, and mailchimp wasnt as easy to use.

Feeling blessed... found this... other companies are more expensive, increasing their rate based on subscribers.. which is not good.. Sendin blue is meeting our overall requirements..

Pros

Everything! 1. with this software we have folders for different client, sign up forms - double opt in.. completely editable to your requirement 2. Easy to use and feeling blessed after having this.. Saved many hours

Cons

So far nothing is coming in my mind.. ha aha

### "Very good deliverability of your emails"

I implement this software for an organization that send between 5000 and 12000 emails per month. The price was very good and they had a discount as it was for an association. I did have to transfer a lot of emails lists and that was pretty easy. Their support is also really fast.

Pros

It's easy to set up the emails, to save models, to follow statistics, but overall, the deliverability of emails is very high. It's not the same depending of the software you're using ! This one is very good and it's nice and easy to use

Cons

I don't see any cons about this software. Maybe it will be great to have even more templates maybe...

Great overall experience, I've recommended it to some customers of us.

Pros

Two best features: no contact limiting (even in the free plan!) and no daily sending limit starting from "Lite" plan. If you use it once a time it's the best email sending service you can find. In advanced plans you can setup landing pages with Google Analytics, Facebook pixel and so on.

Cons

Landing pages are not really simple to create, but if you get used to the composer you can do it.
