Pros sendinblue is a must-have product for anyone looking to grow their business. The email marketing features are endless and allow you to segment your audience and tailor the best message to them. It's also great with email automation so you can create sequences of messages to automatically go out when they trigger. Cons Its not the best tool for sending bulk emails. I've noticed low open rates when comparing with the other tools. I don't know why its happening, but sendinblue team should really look into this issue. Review Source Jordan R. It does what I need & exceeded my expectations on their other tools, too. Pros SendInBlue seems to do a tremendous job at email marketing, but that's not all: It adds a CRM, chatbot, landing page builder, and other automation tools to the mix! Super convenient to have it all in one spot. Really excited to ramp up my usage of this tool. Cons Well, they say if you try to do everything, you excel at nothing. I'm sure there's truth to that, but frankly I'm impressed... They seem to be bucking that trend a bit here. Pros The templates area is very easy to use with drag-and-drop components you can use to build templates. Automations are great if you want to create email sequences with multiple messages after a period of time. Cons Interface looks a bit old, the user experience and overall design could be better. It is easy to use. Easy to schedule campaigns. The fact that it creates a subscription form/webpage for me and all I need is the link is also very helpful. Overall, I have really enjoyed this product! Cons Right now, the emails are sent all in Paris time zone, which is fine, but it would be cool if I could choose my time zone so then I could more easily choose a send time. Additionally, I wish that I could save a campaign template - that would save me from having to add my logo each time as well as my social media URLs. Otherwise, its a great product! Very intuitive to work with, so it saves me some time. I also use it as a transactional email service for many of my clents wordpress websites. Pros I like how theemail template builder works. Very straightforward to build and then launch a campaign. Love the fact it works also as a transactional email service to use on my clients website. That I can also use transactional emails and SMS if necessary. Cons Due to the variety of options, a little more time is needed to set everything up. It's also fast compared to some other mailing systems that I've used. When I've contacted tech support they have been helpful in solving issues. Automation is also easy to set up which is a function we use a lot. Cons It would be good to be able to download a report for the automation workflows. It doesn't seem to count as a campaign so there's no campaign report. Ottime API e librerie fornite dall'azienda per il collegamento con l'infrastruttura. Cons Il motore di creazione dei template, l'ho trovato ancora un po' troppo grezzo. November 14, 2020 5.0 It would've been a 10/10 if not for the said template edit/create limits, so I'll give it a 9,8/10 Pros The list and lead mangement is on point. Contact validation is terrific. Cons The template edit/create (email and landing page), though good for simple suff, can be a bit lacking and limiting if you want to go a bit further. Reason for choosing Brevo Tested it right before going for Sendinblue, but out of all the contacts in the test list, 90% got hard-bounced, even though they were all internal emails, no spam filters and no issues whatsoever. Customer support non-existent. With having such a big email system this gets my messages out fast and virus free! Cons The only thing I don’t like (but is no issue at all) is that it automatically send my emails to people’s junk. But all my emails go out. And we make all aware of this so we are still found.
