Pros Copy and pasting contacts from an Excel sheet, then being able to duplicate a campaign and schedule the delivery time within ten minutes was a lifesaver for me. Using any new software for the first time is always a learning curve, but I found Sendinblue intuitive and their were only a few times I hit minor hurdles, which I was able to overcome on a second attempt. Pros I was looking for a simple to learn and simple to use method of sending out professional monthly newsletters and maintaining a subscriber database. On the whole SendinBlue suits my needs and is cost-effective in that it is less costly than other bigger names. I don't do e-commerce and I'm a small operation so many of the features are not relevant to me. The drag-and-drop editor works well and intuitively. The response time on questions has been good, although not immediate. I could've saved money, time, and quite likely retained more contacts that I lost because of my other platform. Pros From importing contacts to ease of email creation and sending, Sendinblue is easy and fun to use so I could focus more on content creation instead of trying to deal with byzantine structured email marketing platforms and billing. The UI/UX in clean and "friendly," and the customer support reps are knowledgeable and helpful. Pros The transactional emails are a huge help for ensuring delivery on our websites and apps. Customer service was also incredible. I really appreciate the flexibility it provides - each month I am choosing how many e-mails I’ll send and I don’t overspend when I know that my e-mail marketing is not gonna be my main focus this month (as a solo-entrepreneur I have to juggle a lot of things). I love the fact that that you can have unlimited base of contacts and just pay for the e-mails you send - that’s what really stands out compared to the offers from other newsletter software suppliers. The editor is easy to use and pretty intuitive, e-mails look very professional and neat. The reports are easy to read and understand. As a small business owner I highly recommend it! Für kleinere Use-Cases ist es jedoch mehr als ausreichend und leicht anzuwenden. Pros Sendinblue (ehemals Newsletter 2 Go) ist in der Einfachheit der Anwendung wirklich nicht zu übertreffen. Auch ohne Einarbeitung oder Vorkenntnisse kann man schnell und einfach Kampagnen erstellen und verschicken. Die E-Mail-Pakete sind angemessen und der Support hilft via Mail schnell und einfach weiter. Cons Die Automationen bedürfen schon etwas mehr Know-How und sind nicht ganz so einfach umzusetzen. Auch die Erstellung von Anmeldemasken kann manchmal etwas kompliziert sein, wenn man mit verschiedenen Hacken verschiedene Listen befüllen will. Ability to import and map csv files with contacts. It will prevent duplicate emails (contacts). It will give you real-time report where you can see who received, who opened, who clicked an email. Cons If you do not enter phone number it will remember it as "null" and warn you on the other contacts where you want to also leave empty phone number field that "it is already associated with another user". Still not figure out how to send the same campaign only to newly listed people (ignoring all the others that have already received the email) - I know it's possible, but is hard to find. It will send emails event to invalid email addresses and will not purge it or warn about the bounce. Reason for choosing Brevo Because of all the Pros I mentioned above. The features I like the most include Unlimited Contacts, Customizable Sign-up Forms and the Automations. Transactional emails work pretty well and deliverability is excellent. The pre-made templates are beautiful and can be used right off the bat. Cons Only thing I dislike is that while creating an automation you need to have an email template ready.
