Pros: Synchrono allows the users to manage scheduling and operations management with complex build schedules.

Ability to manage 1000s of parts, schedules and customers with efficiency.

Ability to customize build schedules with manual input or run automatically.

Cons: With some input and direct involvement with the manufacturer there is the ability to link or utilize other software systems.
