It's an easy to use LMS, that allows you to upload, assign and report on mandatory regulatory eLearning. Pros There are plenty of supporting documents and guides to provide help, as well as a team of people to provide support for any more complicated questions or issues you may encounter. The way the LMS is implemented and used is scalable from small organisations to ones in their thousands. Gives structure to the administration of mandatory learning to a large amount of colleagues, and allows us to implement a set of controls around completion. It allows you to also produce robust reporting through power B.I (recently launched). Cons As Kallidus Learn is a cloud based solution, sometimes the UI or features are changed based on other clients feedback, when you may have preferred the previous format or way of doing things, and is it isn't a bespoke solution you just have to accept it. Overall the experience was good, just some misalignment from what we were first sold. Pros Easy to implement. Great implementation and support team. I find the HRIS easy to use but feels a bit clunky and could do with AI integration. Cons Its a shame that Recruit and HRIS don't link together seamlessly. Reporting functionality is limited. It has a great design which makes it look good too. Pros Its easy to use and for the front end user, it is very intuitive. Kallidus are always adding new functions. Their support is also very good. I value the integration of the learn module with the perform module too, as I believe the two should be linked. Cons Would like to see more in way of specific competence checks supported by E-learning, although there is competence checks in place, its not quite as simple as I'd expect it to be. Can't think of too many ways to improve it. Pros The courses provided offer insight that may be used as part of my CPD. I am also able to easily see what courses I need to do by when. Cons I feel like there are a lot of emails that get sent from Kallidus and these could be tonned down. Some of the additional course can also be hard to find if they're not essential. The new version is great though and there are some great features on it which have made the helping colleagues a lot more easier. Pros I like the overall feel of the new Kallidus suite especially the search function. I also love the impersonate function, it's a great way to see what colleagues are seeing. Cons I don't like that you can't rename lesson titles whilst you are making the course. The general look and feel of the back end is quite clunky and could be a lot easier to use. When migrating our platform there was a lot of courses that didn't work correctly just because it wasn't selected to open in a new window and in other instances, the course opening in a new window caused it not track correctly. However I found it lacked a few features that would make training design and implementation easier to do. Pros I liked the front end view of the site. It is easy for colleagues to see what learning is outstanding and click through to the training. The platform is simple enough to allow colleagues who may not be as computer literate to navigate lessons and book courses. Cons I found it difficult to run reports using the reports feature. We needed a feature that enables managers to easily verify face to face training. I wanted to add descriptions of classroom training into the tiles rather that at the top of the course page.
