Users are able to go in and change their benefits without taking up valuable time. No need for back and forth communication. The automation of this process saves us hours and the prices are great. It appeared that employees would have a lot of access to and control over their information. Constant updates and system outages proved too much for our staff and we had to let this go. It's probably overkill for our small shop (6 people) in terms of features, but the benefits / contractor feature alone makes it worth it. And they are exactly what they sold. Its tough to find software that's like that. Cons I have not had a con with Zenefits yet. I do know I have a dedicated support contact and can call anytime. I was always informed of new things or changes timely and the payment methods were super easy. Cons I felt a little disconnected since it was all virtual and not actually sort of the company.
