The support team is always reachable, willing to help and efficient. icCube is constantly solving problems for us. Either by helping/showing us how to do something or by developping specific solutions they then share with every customer. Cons From cube design to nice final reports through security and performance, there's a lot of things to handle, but it's the case with any such complete and performant solution. We like the fact that we can influence the roadmap and the Dev Team is approachable for suggestions for contact ans support as well. We see icCube (the software) as a very mature product and icCube (the team) as a professional hands-on team you can ask for help. Pros We really like the way you can contact icCube customer support. They gave sound advice in setting-up icCube in a scalable fashion. Starting from building the conceptual model on top of our customer data to setting up flexible and meaningful dashboards to a scalable production set-up. We needed to have icCube work with Azure AD B2C, and they developed specifically for us a security plugin so icCube now runs behind authorization & authentication in Azure AD B2C. Furthermore, we could tune all looks-and-feel to ours and our customers are always talking about our dashboards, not about the ones of icCube. Although we license icCube, it feels like our analytics & dashboard technology. Cons icCube is great in displaying data in visualizations and dashboards. Sometimes we would like to display data in plain tabular reports. It is possible to create this in icCube, but the flexibility of formatting is not so good.
