Pros \- Consistency - Reliability over time - Speed - Easiness of use Cons \- Just like any other systems, upgrades could be made easier. That being said, the "server side" of IcCube upgrades were frictionless. October 17, 2017 4.0 With IcCube we were able to create a valuable add-on for our reporting software. Pros The software proves to be reliable, stable and flexible enough to meet our demands. We could easy connect our data from our software application into IcCube, making it smootly for our users. Cons For the setup, designing and/or adapting our dashboards we did need the help of an expert (Inside Vision). They prove to have the skills to adapt our demands. December 20, 2023 5.0 We have been using icCube more than 3 years now, and we are very content with its performance and stability (no outages, processes can run uninterrupted for months on end). We like the fact that we can influence the roadmap and the Dev Team is approachable for suggestions for contact ans support as well. We see icCube (the software) as a very mature product and icCube (the team) as a professional hands-on team you can ask for help. Pros We really like the way you can contact icCube customer support. They gave sound advice in setting-up icCube in a scalable fashion. Starting from building the conceptual model on top of our customer data to setting up flexible and meaningful dashboards to a scalable production set-up. We needed to have icCube work with Azure AD B2C, and they developed specifically for us a security plugin so icCube now runs behind authorization & authentication in Azure AD B2C. Furthermore, we could tune all looks-and-feel to ours and our customers are always talking about our dashboards, not about the ones of icCube. Although we license icCube, it feels like our analytics & dashboard technology. Cons icCube is great in displaying data in visualizations and dashboards. Sometimes we would like to display data in plain tabular reports. It is possible to create this in icCube, but the flexibility of formatting is not so good. Me personal knew the strengths of icCube from previous jobs and projects. Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Not sustainable for our business. Before icCube just a one man band. With icCube growing to the team of professionals we now have, supporting many more customers and set-up to support 10x more. I especially appreciate the flexibility of the people from icCube. Pros Almost everything you want to show on the dashboard is possible and if it is not, icCube will help you create custom widgets. Cons In the beginning it can be difficult to understand so it takes a bit more work to understand everything. May 14, 2024 5.0 Pros Everything is there to start producing reports with nice rendering, already providing a lot of visualization choices. icCube also allow you to develop your own custom widgets and themes (TypeScript/JavaScript) so that everything is possible! The support team is always reachable, willing to help and efficient. icCube is constantly solving problems for us. Either by helping/showing us how to do something or by developping specific solutions they then share with every customer. Cons From cube design to nice final reports through security and performance, there's a lot of things to handle, but it's the case with any such complete and performant solution.
