Couple of tenants say they struggled with the payment app a bit.
There are a couple things that were hard to find, particularly some of the items that get populated into a least template.
There is no Move In / Move out and general inspection documentation.
Took me days to cancel my account, erroneous info, unresponsive to questions, had to call at specfic hours. No info about who's on the hook for money lost in a hack.

"My Tenant Cloud Experience"
Overall: It was a great experience and it was easier to communicate with our tenant through Tenant Cloud.
Pros: I like Tenant Cloud because it is easy to use and to manage our properties with integration to our website.
Cons: We normally ask our tenants to sign-in with their Tenant Cloud account however, Tenant Cloud does not immediately place "Australia" as the default country of origin. In this regard, some of our tenants have rent balances in USD instead of AUD.

Overall: once I got use to the program with the help of customer service it was a great experience, everything worked well including the tenant apps and transfer of money from bank account to bank account
Pros: Tenant Cloud is easy to use, has great and knowledgeable customer support, they are always reachable. there is plenty of web-based support as well.
Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about this service

Overall: I feel like I have to call every time I have to do anything, the system is so difficult and nothing flows smoothly.
Pros: Everything in one place from advertising to record keeping to payments
Cons: The most difficult system I’ve ever used for anything…none of the steps make sense and everything seems impossible and the only answer are NO, the system doesn’t do that.
"TenantCloud is a solid choice "
Overall: I have had excellent experience with the software and the staff at TenantCloud. I think they are very innovative and taking the responsibility seriously to offer the best product in the market for me.
Pros: Software was very easy to set up. Customer Service is very responsive and I like the ability to talk to someone live when needed vs all electronic communications. My tenants also have been able to correspond directly with TenantCloud on payment issues.
Cons: I don't currently have the ability to do bank reconcilations via TenantCloud, so I still need to use a bookkeeping software package to track financial information. TenantCloud is actively working on the rollout of the bank reconcilation process which will make the package a fully integrated product for my needs.
