The program has robust programming for applications and I like that I can keep my leases in an electronic format that is shared with tenants. Pros Good value for the money. I have several apartments and we use tenant cloud to manage all units. It is much cheaper than the next best option. Cons I wish it would be more customizable for each states laws and compliance thereof.
