Definitely a huge learning curve. I feel like things are overcomplicated in some aspects. Pros I like that it has an option for small starter business that is relatively inexpensive. I like that the support is fairly quick and there's YouTube videos to watch as well for help. Cons I really am frustrated that I don't get tax forms included with my basic subscription. I feel like that should be a basic service. The program has robust programming for applications and I like that I can keep my leases in an electronic format that is shared with tenants. Pros Good value for the money. I have several apartments and we use tenant cloud to manage all units. It is much cheaper than the next best option. Cons I wish it would be more customizable for each states laws and compliance thereof.
