Crelate is a must have when it comes to managing my candidate pipeline. It's easy to use, has a clean, crisp look and the customer service is second to none. Crelate actively works with me to answer my questions and respond to my individual needs. It allows me to focus my time on developing a relationship with candidates by easily consolidating information so that I'm not bogged down with the minutia of data entry. I can't imagine another product that I would enjoy using more. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

This has been a great tool for our team to keep organized and track all of our open jobs, candidates and BD efforts

Cons

The flow has taken some getting used to. It's not always easy to jump between candidates and companies. User experience could be improved.

Pros

I really like being able to customize reports. As the admin I keep track of metrics and the reports help a ton!!

Cons

When importing clients/applicants there are some duplicates. We were able to remove them but would be nice if it didn't happen.

Using Crelate for 18 months - Simple/powerful ATS and constantly getting better. - I have used a number of ATS's over the last 20 yrs. Crelate listens and consistently improves the product. - Has the fewest clicks of most any program - easy to train staff on and has all the bells and whistle a good recruiter needs to be successful.

Nothing they are addressing the few short coming such as adding texting from the program

Crelate has been very easy to transition to, and customize for our needs. I like the job view to see how many candidates are at each status in the process.

Pros

Easy to learn User-friendly Web and Mobile App (iPad app is as easy as web version!)

Cons

Would like more reporting options, and ability to export the custom application forms easily to send forward in an email for someone not on the system as a user to review.

We have been able to build an effective talent pipeline and manage it efficiently, while easily collaborating as a team.

Pros

The search function is fairly simple, I love the Crelate plug-in that allows you to import directly from LinkedIn, it's easy to collaborate, I love how it syncs with other platforms you're using (i.e. email, calendar, etc.)

Cons

I wish that tags were a required field when importing/creating a new contact, I wish that there was an easier way to sort a search that you do (i.e. color-code those in the search based on associated actions).

Pros

Ease of use, candidates are easily placed in a work flow. Moving candidates to the next step couldn't be easier.

Cons

The aesthetics could use a little sprucing up. Very basic looking, not "high tech" looking for sure.

Pros

I have worked on a lot of recruiting systems over the years. Crelate is by far superior to anything I have used. I have not found a single thing that I wanted it to do that it does not do! The support is amazing. Staff gets back to you super quickly with screenshots and videos to help you with your problem (or they will jump on remotely and teach you things). I haven't been this impressed with a company in many years. The interface is modern and user friendly

Pros

I like how you can easily track tasks, candidates, metrics/data, create new contacts, and many other features. It doesn't feel clunky like other systems I have used. Lots of custom views!

Cons

Would like some improvements navigating through the software with more ease. IE: you click on a candidates name in a list off a report and would like to open profile.

Overall it is great and always evolving.

Pros

The ease of use, work flow, and reports.

Cons

Crelate doesn't seem to perform a Boolean search within someone's resume. We transferred from an ATS and it seems if tags aren't apart of the profile originally, it cannot pull data using a Boolean. I wish Crelate had a "pin" feature in regard to candidates. That way I can toggle back and forth between the candidates continually instead of typing their name in the search bar. This is VERY time consuming.

Pros

Crelate can be integrated to usual tools like Hubspot. Tracking applicant stages is quite easy as its just a matter of moving swimlanes.

Cons

Customizations are limited and comes with a price, even just adding custom fields. It's not as intuitive as you have to navigate several pages to complete a task. Reports are not as powerful and easy to customize and so we ended up doing reports manually by downloading data from Crelate to spreadsheets.

I will never return to them although we wanted ot pause them only now based on the experience we are never going to go back to them

Pros

Seems nice and easy to use but very poor customer service when you cancel them

Cons

We were a paid customer for about 5 months and we were not using it so we thought the stop the service and resume it when we needed so we requested to cancel the account. To our surprise instead of engaging in why we were moving away the were finding procedural obstacles to cancelling the account. Our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was paying for the account from his card and he request to cancel the service and the company rep would not honor it as they wanted the admin to email them. when the admin emailed them the came up with some other reason. they are frauds. they will not let you cancel the subscription. Any company which does not have one click cancel subscription is never trust worthy. We have now asked the credit card company to dispute the charges. I won careful would be very careful to subscribe them

This is such a powerful tool for recruiters. Sales and marketing ops take a step back, but I see a bright future for Crelate.

Pros

I love the UI, maneuverability, and their customer service. They have been an amazing team to work with.

Cons

It's still early on. A lot of features are developing. Not a lot of tools, especially sales & marketing tools, integrate with Crelate. BUT the Crelate team is very responsive and helpful in integrating 3rd party tools in.

Pros

Crelate is a full featured ATS that lets me track requisitions against multiple clients (employers). It has the features and flexibility to function as my CRM.

Cons

The training tools within Crelate are okay, not great. Consequently, I had to reach out to the support team occasionally, and they were extremely helpful and resopnsive.

relative price and the features needed for a recruiting agency.

Crelate is definitely a helpful and relatively easy software to use for recruiting management. I definitely would recommend to any company that has recruiting needs, without them having to break the budget for it.

Pros

The ability to add candidates straight from recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.

Cons

Sometimes certain emails, texts or calls will not register as recorded in the metrics report.

Overall great! This has been my favorite ATS to use; it's colorful and nice to look at.

Pros

Easy to use and intuitive. Always being updated with new things. Friendly and helpful support staff.

Cons

Sometimes need to refresh page for changes to take effect (moving candidates from New to Pass, etc). Duplicate candidates aren't always picked up and condensed.

General: Best part is the customer service team. They are super helpful and patient. And, they are willing to take our comments and feedback to the developers. For the most part I like the software and I think I'll like it more as I grow more accustomed to it.

Pros

I have a boutique domestic help recruiting firm. Crelate helps keep us organized so that my partner and I can tag-team on our searches, and stay on the same page all the time. I love that we can use it from our phones or computers. I love that we can store all our data in their, work flow, status of each search, each candidate, each client at any moment.

Cons

There are a lot of limitations I'm hoping Crelate will work through. I still have to use a lot of other external documents. I am still learning how to use the software. Some of it is intuitive, some of it is confusing and hard to learn. And sometimes things don't work as they should. But the developers and customer service team works with us every day to crank through it. We are new users and almost 'humming'.

Great- I can keep track of my candidates easily. Love the dashboard for manager calls!

Pros

Crelate does what I need- it keeps a database of my candidates, allows me to move them with ease from job to job, keeps my notes etc. It's reasonably priced, private and user friendly.

Cons

When I save someone, I need to go into their record to disposition them. I'd like to be able to save them as "Reach Out 1" vs having to save as new from the resume/website, go into Crelate and put them in a stage.
