Extra time throughout the whole recruiting process is the biggest benefit we received from using Crelate.

Pros

Having each new job posting automatically sent out to multiple job boards saves so much time. This is a feature we have never had before.

Cons

As of yet, Crelate has continued to update the application so I really don't have anything negative to report.

Pros

The software is easy to use and has numerous tutorials kn how to utilize the features of the product. The customer service was outstanding, and they are very responsive to questions.

Cons

I did not really find any negative features about this software. The software met the needs of my company and allowed me to build a solid database of clients and information.

Fantastic. I am very obsessed with Crelate.

Pros

Email Templates, Chrome Extension, Resume Importer, Customized Scheduling, Forms, and the quick customer support.

Cons

Hmm. I did not find There is nothing that stands out as a major con for me. They are constantly improving and I look forward to may more of their updates.

### "Great product for smaller scale recruiting"

Pros

Crelate works extremely well for my smaller scale recruiting efforts. For example, I work 3-4 positions at a time and Crelate does allow me to stay organized and on top of my game. I like the all in one interface, using the software to create an application that can be used on other sites, having all your candidates in one place, etc. Crelate is mostly user friendly with some training. I have found Crelate much easier to use than other talent management programs I have used in the past.

Cons

There are some glitches that I have noticed. Sometimes things don't work properly or they stop working the way they had previously. For example, in the past I had the ability to upload test scores to a candidates profile. If I submitted that candidate to the client I was able to submit the resume, test scores, and any other attachments. Now, I can still attach the test scores but I am unable to submit those test scores through Crelate. Perhaps it's because I recently upgraded to Windows 10 but it creates an extra step in the process.

The best part about Crelate is their support. Whenever I do have a question they are incredibly responsive. Recently I re-branded my firm (new name, new website) and their support engineer worked for hand in hand with me to make sure everything launched without a hitch. The product is terrific and it does what I need an Applicant Tracking System to do. It doesn't get bogged down with stuff I don't need. Also, they really listen. On several occasions, I have made suggestions for improvements and they built it into their next quarterly release.

Pros

The support and the customer service.

Cons

There are some integrations to third party products that bigger ATS products offer that Crelate does not yet, but I think in time they will add the ones that are most valuable.

This is great when you have a lot of candidates at once. If it was less cluttered it'd be even better sorting those candidates.

Pros

This software covers the gamut of what you could want when selecting possible candidates from a large list with a variety of qualities.

Cons

The user interface has some nice drag and drop features that make things simple. However, a lot of the UI is cluttered and unfriendly. It causes the learning curve to rise quickly when the UI is cluttered.

Pros

I love the drag and drop features. It's very easy to use, even for a beginner. Very little issues with downtime.

Cons

Some of the functionality is a little funky, meaning that it's pre-laid out in a way that isn't idea for my particular business.

Easy uploads. I like that having multiple documents on each contact is simple

Cons

Not enough formatted space for descriptionto reolqce applications. Not having all contacts on same page when looking for one. No way to search for people without making a list. Sometimes i just need one person to contact and sifting through pages and pages even if alphabetical is lame

Pros

I like that the setup was very easy. I can drag resumes in to the database. My candidates can easily apply with the link to my website.

Cons

I wish you could text out of the system but other than that I can't think of anything else that is a con at the time.

When I saw the product in the demo I was thrilled because it's the kind of product that you can use without training. Your home page is an overview of your openings and the candidate in your funnel. Everything is intuitive, very easy to understand and you can easily see or guess where to go to look for data and take action. I've seen other products that are not as modern or up to date with old platforms/features that are very clunky and tedious to use for twice the price and more. It's very easy to customize, both data input fields and reporting. So far, I'm happy to have chosen it. This is an up and coming product that definitely deserves a try.

I have had some success with the program, the only real issues I had was with password resets and not having a link to go to if I forget my password.

Pros

I can create my own applicant questioner easily, I can connect my jobs to my web site. I can track an monitor status on each job right at my home page.

Cons

Training is offered however I can not always make the training sessions because I work two jobs and the times offered are during business working hours. There has been some difficulty navigating the program due to missing out on the training, but I have for the most part been able to pick it up along the way.

I found crelate to have all the funtionality that I need, as a Search professional. I allows client and applicant tracking. mass emailing, and search. Super customizable. Company very eager to help and is constantly making improvements, based on Custoers feedback. Worth the cost.

Some of the ability to get things fixed or up and running Immediately. However the company is very responsive.

I love working with Crelate and how easy it is to access information using the easy search tools.

Pros

I love the fact that it's user friendly, and I'm able to use the Crelate app on my Iphone.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about the software. If I'd changed anything it would be having to get a special access code every time I log in, but I understand that it's there for my protection.

Crelate, as is very uncommon, lets you have a full-on trial of the software, which is highly recommended.

Pros

Crelate is built in a way that is fully compatible with our processes as a Staffing Agency. The workflows make sense, and are fully customizable within that framework.

Cons

Personally I think the aesthetics are a bit ugly, but my team is focused on performance and they are happy.
