I am a new user and am still getting accustomed to it. So far I like Crelate and I think it will serve our purposes well. The customer service team is excellent. Pros I like that I can stay organized with my data: searches, candidates, clients. And I like that my partner and I can both access this data from our phones or computers. Cons I don't like the limitations, but am hoping Crelate will work through them soon! No software is perfect. They are a very talented team that really listens to their users and are making constant improvements and additions. Pros All of the communication with a profile was in one place. Easy to train new users due to user-friendly interface. Cons Search functions could be improved when managing candidates and companies. You can easily see the status off all applicants, and move them through your process. It is easy to track notes/tasks/interviews, and easily refer back to these. The interface is bright an easy to navigate. Cons I wish that there was more integration to some third party services - things like integrating scheduling with your own calendar, integrating with testing / background check services, job boards, etc. I think that this is a young software and that could come with time. " August 9, 2019 5.0 I have really enjoyed using Crelate, it's very easy to use and I love the "find" feature to be able to sort candidates quickly and efficiently. Pros It's very user friendly, and intuitive. Support staff were not friendly and condescending. I still have questions about software but will figure it out myself, which is unfortunate. Pros Parsing from LinkedIn. Email functions, job boards, calendar tool is good. Graphics are ok. System runs ok Cons Difficult moving from page to page. Some of the minor technical issues should have been resolved. Far superior to the other ATS's I have used in the past (I have used 3 others). My account rep, has been beyond helpful and attentive. 10 stars. We appreciate the flexibility to pick and chose the features that are relevant to our business and workflow. We are a small firm and have worked with some of the bigger players in applicant tracking in the past and were always completely unsatisfied with the level of customer service. Crelate is the total opposite; we've found them patient and willing to listen to our suggestions (and make adjustments based on them). BC Bob C. President Used the software for: ### "Happy Customer - Former Maxhire user" December 7, 2014 5.0 First of all let me state that I am a solo recruiter. As a 10 year Maxhire user, I was devastated by their acquisition. I spent about a year searching for a new ATS, but more importantly, an ownership group that treated me like I was their most important customer. That is what I found in the guys at Crelate. The Co-founder and head of development comes from a CRM background with one of the big boys. I came on board during their beta phase and when I had a question I would usually get a call from one of the owners. When I make a feature request, it is often implemented within 30 days. I moved from a .net application (Maxhire) to a web based product (Crelate) and the transition was very easy. The User Interface is very intuitive and the functionality is very robust and becoming more so every month. I could not be happier! I've had great experiences with training on the product, as well as customer support when I've had questions. Cons Having to click "Save" after I make changes. The level of customization is also a double-edged sword. It's wonderful to make the system fit my company's process, but also can get complicated to make it make sense for everyone on my team. I like being able to see the visual layout of all the candidates, where they are at in the process and being able to move candidates around easily through the drag and drop feature. Cons The only feature I find a slight issue with is when you approve a candidate and they still sit in the new applicants pool. Pros Visually appealing and many features. The resume and other document upload feature is nice and seeing the full resume on one click is helpful. It syncs with Outlook for email which is useful. Cons Many layers to each main area so can be somewhat difficult in the beginning to understand where to find all components. The duplicate candidate feature is a good feature but a clunky operation. Pros I am very pleased with the value for money, the ease of use, the customer support (and tutorials) and the positive impact of using the CRM component. I appreciate the templates and the workflow components. Cons I am still having some issues tying this software to my email records but I am working on improving this process.
