It doesn't have hundreds of bells and whistles that many of their competitors have which are really unnecessary. Cons It's still new, so there are bugs. It's not perfect,no tool is - but it is pretty adaptable and customizable for such an affordable product. Customer service is responsive and helpful, and they have made some great improvements in functionality in recent updates. Pros Great value, highly customizable. Also, the customer service is unparalleled. I know all of the tech people by name, and their response time is lightning fast. Moreover, when there is a new feature, they personally reach out to make sure I'm aware of it and walk me through it. I've never seen anything like it! Cons Honestly, I can't think of anything. Cons I have not found anything that I'm not particularly happy with at this time, I would say that sometimes it does not translate the information from the resume to the profile accurately. Each user is valued and respected. Some of my suggestions have ended up in one of their quarterly updates. They are always fine tuning and adding new features.
