The best part of it was how easy it was to get started. Within hours of install, we were fully operating our business. The after the sale support from them has also been excellent. Pros No empty fields taking up up screen space Quick parsing and mass emailing Easier than most to get around in and learn. Helpful support people willing to take the time to get it right and train the staff. Cons The price is probably average. We would prefer to have our data in house and to own the software. This is hands down the best, Crelate is on to something big. Cons I really have a hard time thinking of any complaints I have at this point. You can select almost anything on a page to navigate, where on other ATSs I have used, you have to do multiple steps. Cons There are very limited reporting options.
