It takes a little bit work to learn all the capabilities of this system but once you do, its a game changer! Pros The platform customization is amazing. We use Crelate as our CRM and ATS. It allows us to keep track of everything including our placements. Cons There are no cons since anything we have wanted to add the development team has designed or added for us. The record tracking system is incredible, email journaling saves time, calendar is organized and efficient. Crelate combines all the best quality elements of other ATS/CMR into one unified piece. We are a Staffing Agency that needed a software that provided full analytics, recorded every single task, visually showed us the stages of each candidate/client and job opportunity. It allows you to keep track of every detail and remain thorough in our process. Cons I don't like that some items don't get transferred from email and also text. I do not like the bulk texting option because it does not come from my work number, but a single number so it makes it hard for candidates to decipher who their recruiter is. I looked at many packages before I chose Crelate and found it to be packed with features at a great value. I particularly like how I can manage and track all of my projects on one page, with a snapshot of the progress of every candidate. I also am excited about the periodic updates to the software. They listen to their users and offer upgrades for free. I've already recommended it to one colleague and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Pros It's an outstanding project management tool. I can track all my open projects on one page, and track every candidate through the recruiting process. Crelate is an incredible value, given that free updates are released periodically and I always feel I have current features. Cons Tough to say. The migration from my old database wasn't easy, but I found technical support to be outstanding. As opposed to other ATS-tools I don't have to try to play detective to find the best way to go about operations. The roadmap for different admin tasks and logging are organic and the ease of use is fantastic. Cons When searching for name sin the database, I do wish the results would show up in a more organized way. I would like an option to sort A-Z or something similar. Pros I love how it tracks metrics that you can customize by user. It give me my direct numbers for the month, week, and year. It is also easy to parse resumes. July 26, 2019 5.0 Our team is so much more productive as all hiring activity is now tracked in one place. We also love being able to text our candidates right from their candidate record and being able to Sponsor job postings within the Jobs Portal. Our productivity has increased substantially. Pros It meets our needs and allows us to work within one system for all of our client hiring needs. It has really maximized our productivity and efficiency and reduced time to hire. It is also very user friendly (once trained). LOVE being able to text directly from the candidate record. That is a huge time saver and tracks all communication right within the candidate record. Cons There really needs to be a complete User Guide provided to new clients/users versus "go watch a video" or find the link to a particular item that provides the instructions for one process. Clients should be provided with all of that information in one document they can then quickly review and go back to as they are learning the system. It is a very user friendly system but it is time consuming and sometimes frustrating trying to learn the system the way you have it set up. Review Source BH Bruce H. April 25, 2017 5.0 We all want a software package that is flexible enough that we can adjust it to our business and not have to adjust our business to the software package, this is that tool. Within 1 hour of my using the software, I had a listing of clients already imported, candidate resumes parsed and was ready to go with the various workflows that I needed. Even better is the support team they have in place "Client Success" is their title - and it's appropriate! Exceptional people supporting a great product. Pros Easy to learn Can easily be customized (by YOU the end user!) Incredibly short learning curve to be functional. Exceptional support team! Overall the system is easy to use, but is also extremely functional and versatile. Pros I really like the user interface, the ease of use, and their customer service. The team is great to work with, and if you have any questions or suggestion they are always there to listen. Cons None really that I can think of. I think the job portal part of the site can be improved, but I know that is on their "to-do" list. Also, it links to your email to track all email communication between you and the contact which is good to show that we are consistently touching base with our people. Pros With the extension, I can add profiles for my candidates directly from their LinkedIn profile. Cons I need more particular filters for my searches. For instance, I want to be able to search my open opportunities by state. This is probably possible if we had a Crelate engineer customize for us.
