Very good - I like it for a smaller company like ourselves.

Pros

It is easy to navigate and has some really accessible tools.

Cons

Need to incorporate "tear sheets". I like the tagging feature, but need better pipeline options!

Pros

First and foremost, the people that I've dealt with at Crelate are incredible. They are everything that you want in a VAR and more. They answer my emails almost immediately, follow up with me, and follow through on promises. We run ideas past each other on how to make it better, and they listen! The usability of the system is about as easy as it comes. People think that in an ATS, the more buttons or bells the better, but they can destroy the UI and make the system a nightmare to navigate. Averity spends 6-10 hours a day in this system, and our eyes never get sore. The overall usability makes it one of the easiest ATS that I have ever used. It's fully customizable, but I didn't need to change a thing. It's about as simple and user-friendly as it comes.

Cons

The scheduling interviews feature needs improvement. We've talked about this, and they are actively working on it, so I'm not sure that this will be relevant in future releases/readings.

Pros

All of my experiences working with the team at Crelate have been so friendly and positive. It's like having my own personal team of developers helping me answer questions and figure out some of the shortcuts in the product. The product is straightforward and easy to use, and it's easy to tweak it and customize some of the workflows and features. I also love how easy it is to look up a contact/candidate using LinkedIn or Google.

Cons

The search functionality is a little clunky, and they've acknowledged that and have it on their development list. That said, they showed me a couple of workarounds that seem to meet my needs with a relatively small database (2100 records). They have good publishing capability for some of the free job boards, but there is not a simple process to post with Monster or LinkedIn. Also, the web interface is very basic right now, and I'm not getting many candidates directly through the interface, which makes it a little more cumbersome to download the resumes from my email. I've been using the product for about a month and have this on my list of questions to ask the team to see if there is an easier way.

Customer service/support is incredible. Very responsive. The platform is solid as a rock. Easy to use, manage and update. The usability is fantastic. Training others to get up to speed takes little time. Searching, keeping track of data and information? Better than anything I have used in my 17 years of Executive Search.

Part of me doesn't want to let anyone else know about Crelate. I was an early adaptor and feel like its my company's "secret weapon". I refer it to everyone in the industry I respect that really knows what this business is all about. I've been using these systems for over 10 years and Crelate easily blows them all away.

Pros

UI layout and ease of use are an A+. Customizable on almost every front. Job board is one of the best I've encountered. Templates, notes and sharing activity with my team is a simple as anything I've ever seen. My list of Pro's for this system are endless. The winner here is the team associated with Crelate. they are top notch from the top down. Marc, Aaron, Jamie...all of them are true professionals and incredible to work with.

Cons

The job board needs a search function/bar at the top.

I really like Crelate... friendly people, easy to use program. Absolutely love it. I've recommended it to other recruiters.

Pros

Visually friendly and user friendly. Other programs can get too busy for my simple needs...

Cons

I can't quickly find my resume submissions. I have to go to the Home screen and scroll down through the Recruiting tab. I would prefer they be all be in one place - that's how it is in CATS... I liked that.

Pros

I like how you can move from one page to another so easily. When you are looking at a candidate's resume for a keyword (pressing CTRL-F), and then click another candidate, it will automatically pull up their resume and search for the same. It is also very easy to filter through to see what activity is specifically mine.

Cons

I wish there were more individual customization options like colors for activities; I would also like the "duplication" system to improve as it has a lot of false positives. Lastly, a feature that allows for mass emails would be helpful as well.

Pros

The multiple ways to add an account is tremendously useful. We have never encountered any kind of lags or timeouts. Auto checks maintenance and hence reduces the human errors thereby saving a lot of our time. The highly responsive customer service team is another plus. You don’t have to switch in between interfaces as the application changes to AdWords simultaneously.

Cons

The absence of a highlight feature for keywords. You can’t separate clients and candidate’s contacts. At times you would encounter glitches and bugs. The mobile application requires improvement as it misses out some very basic features.

It has been a really easy transition!

Pros

I enjoy the ease of navigation throughout the different roles we are working. I love how you can find everything you need under the role and see where we are at in the process.

Cons

I dislike the interface, it seems too easy to edit the information. If I double click, it allows you to edit which I wish wasn't a feature.

Pros

The app is great to use on the go accept that you can’t move someone through the stages of the pipeline. The automations are great for communicating with the team.

Cons

I wish it was more compatible with others like LinkedIn Recruiter. I also think it would be nice to be able see the resumes immediately or have tags pull more info to enable quicker searches.

Good, easy to use. We are really looking for more of a CRM, there is a lot of manual processes that can be streamlined by people much smarter than I.

Pros

It is pretty easy to learn, the reporting section is great.

Cons

There are multiple redundancies, but I believe that is more our company asking Crelate to build things with out noticing it was creating multiple spots for the same information.

The entire Crelate team from sales through support has been terrific - always available and prompt in replies. The application suits my small recruiting business and provides an easy yet powerful data base and both client and candidate management functionality. Highly recommend it!

Access to data dump only once a month. Not clear SOP for using out of the box and conforming to the application intent when designed.

We are streamlining an ATS with our business development CRM - Crelate lets us have both in one solution, including easy integrations with other software.

Pros

Ease of access, custom workflows, gmail integration.

Cons

A little clunky in setup. It also sometimes uses all the RAM on my Chromebook, but not that often.
