Pros: It has all the strengths of a call center system, like ACD, Call Waiting, Call routing, live call monitoring, reports and so many more thing. The integration with different POS solution make this call center software the best of his kind.

Cons: The support service could be more decentralized to give better support service to all the platform.

Overall: I had been using Call2Kitchen for 6 year and we had made a closely relationship with the software developer because he hear all our need, and they work focus on this.

The software has so many feature that make it unique in the market.

The integration with the NCR / Aloha POS system is far away the best on his type because it cant work like and extension of the system, having a bi-directional communication with the Aloha POS, and everything that happen in Aloha, Call2Kitchen is update of this changes.

Best all in one callcenter software for restaurant stores. It takes delivery to the next level.
