It’s one of the most structured and user-friendly recruiting platforms I’ve used. The system helps streamline the entire hiring process from posting jobs and tracking applicants to scheduling interviews and managing feedback. The integrations with other HR and communication tools (like Outlook, Slack, and Zoom) save a lot of manual work. I also appreciate how supports structured hiring and DEI initiatives through scorecards and unbiased evaluation tools.

Pros

The user interface is intuitive and well-organized, making it easier for our hiring team Excellent integrations with calendars (Google, Outlook) and many other HR tools, which streamlined interview scheduling and reduced administrative overhead

Cons

I am really enjoying using . It has helped with our recruiting efforts so much. The customer support we have is also very useful and timely.

Pros

The accessibility and how much use we get out of it. We have an amazing customer support person named \[sensitive content hidden\] who is very attentive and helps with all issues that arise.

Cons

The inability to add basic application questions as needed. We have a lot of use with specific questions from candiates and it would be easiest to add them ourselves versus having to do a workaround.

Pros

Ease of use - very user friendly. Staff seem to be able to pick up & learn easily. Customer Support - alsway a quick response time

Cons

Applicant Tracking - making candidates easier to flag to move forward in the intervew process I think that is not as user friendly and take a while to learn

So much better than my previous ATS Paycom. Makes my job easier and faster, able to review candidates and get them through the process quickly. Easy for hiring managers to use as well

Pros

Easy to use, their customer service is amazing and available in real time. Love that I can email candidates and get feedback directly in the system and that it integrates easily with Outlook, Slack, Teams etc.

Cons

Cannot text from the system this would help me be able to connect with candidates faster and easier.

Pros

Ease of learning and functionality. Getting onboarded was relatively easy. The customer support is top notch!

Cons

I feel the reports are not the easiest to use and could certainly be much more intuitive and detailed.

As an end user, it is the simplest and easiest to use applicant tracking system in the market. Makes applying to jobs a delightful experience

Pros

Extremely easy to use compared to other cloud based applicant tracking system. No unnecessary creation os accounts and credentials for tracking. automated emails and workflows are an added advantage

Cons

Difficult to integrate with other hcm systems. the information captured is minimal and may not suffice the mandatory requirements for the backend HRIS system

What I like most is that there is customer support willing to help me with non complex issues that accommodates multiple time zones

What I like least is probably the amount of data that im able to pull for scheduling. I would also like to see AI incorporated more into scheduling

Overall, is a solid and reliable ATS that makes it much easier to manage and organize the hiring process. It does a great job of centralizing communication, keeping everyone aligned, and providing visibility into each stage of recruitment. While there are some usability quirks and a bit of a learning curve, the platform is powerful and effective once you get used to it.

Pros

I like because of it's ease of use and ability to track candidates well. It makes recruiting across recruiters and hiring managers much smoother, especially with clear pipelines, centralized candidate profiles and easy collaboration tools like notes and scorecards.

Cons

One of the biggest downsides of the platform is that there are limits to customization, especially when trying to scale for bigger companies. One thing I noticed was that the custom parent fields are only limited to 25 options. Another is the reporting function. While custom reports exist, there are many limitations that cause me to have to pull multiple reports and put them together instead of just doing one report. The reports don't get as granular as I need them to be sometimes.

Overall, I'd rank as the best ATS I've used throughout my 20 year career in TA. The features, reporting, end-to-end candidate tracking, and ability to collaborate with your hiring managers make Greenhouse standout above all others for me!

Pros

There is a lot to like about , but the most impactful aspect in my opinion is the reporting. I've used several ATS systems throughout my career and Greenhouse is far and away the best with respect to the data and analytics available. Whether you're in Talent Acquisition, HR or a Hiring Manager, the source data and ability to build custom reports allows you to formulate actionable insights and trends throughout your recruiting and hiring funnel.

Cons

The time to acclimate new users. The learning curve in order to train new employees is long as a result of the various customizations and robust information available.

Overall it is good. It has taken a while to get to used to the new UI though

Pros

I like the workflows that are built in. It is easy to see scorecards in a way that makes hiring decisions easy.

Cons

I don't like that I can't see when a candidate responds to an email or that I can't "reply" to an email. There lacks an ability of a single email thread with a candidate. I would also like to know if a candidate "accepts" calendar invites.

Very positive. We enjoy the product and the candidate experience seems to be un-notable, which is WAY better than hearing about it being a pain.

Pros

is pretty user friendly. Excellent and easy hiring team experience. Recruiter experience is relatively seemless. Changes can be very abrupt but UI is still easy, just takes some getting used to.

Cons

Changes and personalization's are not always intuitive. Sometimes you really need to hunt and the template process is TIME CONSUMING. Finding the things you need to change can be difficult if you did not set everything up and are not a super user.

Amazing experience with - this is by far the best ATS I've used in my career so far.

Pros

I particularly like the fact that is user friendly. It's easy to use and besides being easy to use, it's really helping me in my day to day life as recruiter because everything is centralized here. Note make it very easy to collaborate with people!

Cons

The way we pull reports could maybe be optimized - it takes too long to create reports and that's the only thing I could reproach here.

can/should do work on simplifying reporting, not everyone can easily become an expert in reporting, requires training and time, which should not be the case. Overall it gets the job done and is more comprehensive and reliable than previous ATS's that I have used in the past.

Pros

Very rarely any outages, maybe once in the last 3 years that I've been using it. I like being able to email candidates, schedule interviews, post jobs, etc. all from one main source of truth.

Cons

It can be disjointed and not very logical at times. For example, the new notes section that highlights if there is a duplicate profile or general warning note about a candidate is hidden in a tab on the bottom right now, vs. automatically showing it when you open a candidate's profile.
