It forces users to provide comprehensive reasons for formulating an opinion on a candidate. Cons The rating system isn't granular enough. For instance, you only provide 1-5 range (Stars). I love how I am quickly able to pull up a resume on the fly which is something I always forget to do before an interview (oops). I also appreciate being able to see a history of referrals so I can keep track of everyone I've spoken to. This is incredibly helpful as new opportunities show up over time and I want to go back and make sure I revisit the people I've already interviewed who may be better for a new role. Cons I find it somewhat annoying when I log in one day and I can't find the things I need in the UI. March 31, 2016 5.0 Pros Greenhouse has helped not only streamline the candidate experience, but has made the application review/interviewing/hiring process faster and more enjoyable for the entire Modernize team. The email templates, offer templates, bulk actions, and interview plans make life so much easier for a Recruiter! Cons The "Support" section can be confusing and doesn't always answer your question. It's always better to go with the Chat Box or to contact your rep to get questions answered. Also, often times the offer letters don't convert to PDFs so you have to do that manually. This makes the software intuitive and easy to learn for beginners. Yes, there are instructions and tutorials, but I personally prefer to jump right in and learn on the go. The live 'chat' allows me to do so. Great software that makes your HR needs a lot simpler and organized. Pros Greenhouse is intuitive to use and the UI looks good too. I was able to be prepared for my interviews and see the various candidates all in one place. March 17, 2016 5.0 Greenhouse is one of the best ATS systems I have used in my 10 years of being in HR. I find it easy to use, train folks on, and have hiring teams use on day to day basis. It's easy to setup multiple locations, with very different hiring teams, and lots of users. The approval process in greenhouse gives confidence to our leadership team in regards to offers.
