All modules flow together and I'm really thankful for the recorded webinars to refer back to. The team at Jonas is outstanding! Cons There was a lot to learn, training was fast paced, and it was difficult to keep up at times. It was quite confusing to be learning totally different modules within the same week. Navigation through the menus is a breeze with the quick menu. Set ups and uploads was not painful at all. Once your uploads templates are properly filled, the uploads are quick & easy. The staff of Jonas Premiere are all friendly and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and updates. It's always a pleasant experience talking to them. We need to see weekly job reports including cash position per job (billing to date, pencil billing, retainage held,total costs, labor costs, material costs). The reports should be compatible with Crystal reports so it can be used more effectively. July 24, 2015 5.0 Although we're only in the training phase, the entire process from initial inquiry through purchase and training thus far has been SIMPLE, CLEAR, and completely supported by the Jonas team. Communication is great. The Jonas team's responsiveness is quick and to the point. The software appears to provide complex detail, yet is intuitive and simple to set up. The interconnectivity between Excel and Word is beautiful. As frosting on the cake, Jonas staff are friendly, yes even genial, to deal with. Construction Used the software for: ### "Premier Review" August 25, 2014 4.0 Pros The product lets me analyze detailed costs for individual projects within larger projects while still providing whole job overview reports. We use this function to make changes during larger projects without the need to wait for final reports to be complete. We can also choose less reporting with smaller jobs to save reporting time. I also appreciate the ability to log into the system from anywhere I can get internet, avoiding the time lapse getting to the office from offsite locations. The Implementation team was outstanding. The level of support and customer service is A+ in my books and made all the difference. Pros Ease of use . I really like the simplicity of this product. Pros It is user-friendly Workflow is seamless excellent support if provides. (One of the customer representatives has been fantastic) Cons Can be glitches and times. Pros Easy to learn and intuitive. The software is fast and the modules are well organized. Trainers are very helpful. Cons We have just started using and haven't come across any cons. They don't leave you high and dry after your training period is over and your company goes live. They also listen to customer suggestions. I also really like how it is cloud-based, so if something ever happens to my computer or my filing cabinet, we won't miss a beat. I also like how easy it is to find things. There's a search box in the upper right hand corner where I can type in what I want. Cons I am not sure; I really can't think of anything I don't like about it. Review Source GM Greg M. The navigation through the system is setup in the exact steps in which you should accomplish your tasks. The setup has been easy and very informative from the webex videos and one on one sessions. As a financial executive, I need to get to reports quickly and see all of the pertinent information which is easily done with this software. Cons I am still looking for what I like least. I have not found any areas that I would say I dislike at this time. Some software you like, you ask yourself, why would they set it up this way, that doesn't make sense.
